I purchased a sweater online. It was not as advertised. It was poor quality and had ABSOLUTELY NO TAGS indicating size, care instructions or where it was made. When I went to return it, they offered me a small discount on my next purchase. I declined. At that point, they indicated I would have to return the sweater to China. I was shocked as they advertised as being a Canadian company domiciled in Ontario. To make a point, I decided to return the item to the address they provided in China so I could secure a refund. The Canada Post costs were almost as much as the value of the sweater. Long story, short. The sweater never arrived at the destination and I ended up being out the shipping costs and the price of the sweater. When I went to post a scathing review on their website, I discovered it had disappeared. Lesson learned. Only purchase from companies that you know and trust.

Absolute garbage clothing! What was shown on their website was not AT ALL what I received. When I contacted them to complain they wouldn't give me a full refund and kept stating there was nothing else they could do. It also took forever to receive my item. They claim to be a Canadian company but they don't even see any of their clothing prior to it being sent to customers. I found out after ordering and complaining to them about the quality that all their clothing is shipped from their supplier in China. DO NOT buy anything from this business, stay far away!

It's a total scam, China product with poor quality

I ordered topcoat but what i received was ridiculous. It was short coat made with cheapest material. Then i researched, everything is fake, pictures are from other websites, they have .ca domain but they operate from a house in China, i know it coz i asked them for return and the address they provided was residential. Ofcourse return never executed as return charges were more that 50 dollars and they will only refund if they receive item.
Save yourself, don't but from them

Catastrophe, j'ai perdu 150.00, compagnie qui annonce vêtements du canada mais qui vient de chine, manteau extra larde manches six pouces trop courtes et manque aussi 6 a 7 pouces pour fermer le manteau... je demande a être rembourser, ils ne paie pas le retour , au bureau de poste ,évaluation du shipping 110.00 et l'adresse est bizarre, adresse dans une chambre d'hôtel, j'aurais cru avoir a faire a une entrepôt ou autres.. j'ai donné mon manteau a Estrie aide. Je leur écris, il me promettre depuis deux mois de me rembourser 35.00 de compensation, jamais reçu , une vrai arnacle. ATTENTION

I like that everything feels durable. Nothing feels flimsy or cheap, and it’s clear the fabrics were chosen thoughtfully, though some details could be improved

This company is a scam. Stay away! I gave them $160 for two high-end sweaters. The sent me two items made of some kind of toxic substances. I couldn't even store them in my house.
When I tried to get a refund, they refused to pay for shipping. I paid for the shipping. Three months later and they are still refusing to refund my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Item nothing like described. I ordered a winter coat and they sent a rain coat. NO INSULATION.
Return policy is you have to pay for it. You have to pay for it to return to China. That costs more than your item.

I received my order. I am very angry. The description of the item said it was made of linen and the picture showed a very nice shirt. I received an ugly shirt in an ugly color and made out of cheap synthetic material that I would not even use as a tablecloth.

I noticed an address in France on their website. Probably fake. The parcel came from China. Saw another ad on Google that said U.S. store

Plus it took forever to get here.

I purchased LIAM “Winter Warm Lapel Thick Coat offers exceptional warmth and style with its premium lambswool material. Designed with a classic lapel and thick construction, it ensures comfort during cold weather."
It took about three weeks to arrive from China. When I opened the package I literally laughed out loud as this was the worst online purchase I have ever made. The “cozy, warm winter jacket” literally has no (zero) insulation. Held up to a window it is translucent! It is 100% cheap polyester with no lambswool.
My men’s XXL jacket was so flimsy it fit into a large salad bowl. The straps and buckles were cheap plastic and did not even resemble those depicted in the ad photos. And to add insult to injury return postage is to China at a cost of $30. It was a lesson learned for me. Had I used DHL, their suggested partner, the quoted price was $221!

I ordered on January 25.I received an email on the 26th that the item was not instock. It is February 14 and no refund. Countless email and the response, they have a technical issue. Do not order!!!!!

This is a scam. Do not purchase anything from this trash company ever! They take your money and ship you total garbage without any documentation, no labels, no tags, no receipt, no packing slip. When you ask for a refund, they tell you to ship the items back to China in the original packaging, which was a plastic bag. The website is AI-generated and totally fake. The deals ARE too good to be true!

I deeply regret ordering sweaters from this merchant. What arrived from China bore no resemblance whatsoever to what was advertised on their website. The sweaters did not meet the published specifications, the materials were completely different, and even more concerning, the size tags and fabric labels had been deliberately removed, making it impossible to verify what I actually received.

When I contacted the seller to request a return, they insisted that I ship the items back to China at my own expense, using a courier service that would cost nearly as much as the original purchase. This is clearly an unreasonable and prohibitive return policy.

After multiple email exchanges, the merchant eventually agreed to issue a partial refund without requiring the return—but that refund never arrived. Since then, communication has gone nowhere.

Based on my experience, this business operates in a misleading and deceptive manner, using inaccurate product descriptions and obstructive return practices to avoid refunds. I strongly advise potential customers to stay away and not do business with this seller.

DO NOT BIY CLOTHES FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered 8 jackets for my team at work for Christmas. It appeared to be a Canadian website and had free shipping in Canada. Right after I made the order I started reading the site and realized the photos seemed super fake and everything didn’t seem legit. I saw their headquarters are in Hong Kong so I instantly tried to cancel my order. I sent multiple emails right after I purchased and I received automated emails back saying that the order was already in transit. I cancelled my credit card but it was too late and they didn’t withdraw the funds until almost a month later on Christmas Eve! I didn’t receive the jackets until a month later and the sizes and quality were all wrong. I luckily got a refund with my credit card company and they are investigating.

Complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I visited Trustpilot before buying from Rob Stevenson. Posing as a Canadian company, they are clearly based in China. If paid by credit card, contact your bank and request a "Credit card chargeback." Your bank refunds you your money and goes after Rob Stevenson, because what they are doing is clearly not legal.

Firstly my jackets took a month to arrive, I got suspicious once I saw there was international shipping involved. Product was not what I ordered, their only solution if you want to return their mistake was for me to pay $50 return shipping. Which I obviously did not do. They offer voucher alternatives, which is only good if you want something else off their website, which I didnt. And honestly the quality of what arrived is very poor. Just stay away honestly, only way we can remove dodgy companies like this is to not buy from them

Do not buy. The shipping wait is long. The quality is poor. My boots lasted less than a month before the sole detached from the boot itself. Not worth the money I paid for less than a month of wearing.

I contacted the company & followed their instructions to return only to find out shipping to china costs way more than the initial cost of purchase. Absolutely agree. I ordered size 9.5 mens Chelsea Boots and got size 44 (10.5), and when I went to exchange them, 'customer service' contributed to give me the run-around...
