Thank you for your response and I’m not sure if you truly went through your emails. Your team has at no point explained that I need to return both bottles more even they emphasise that I need to return the unopened bottle. I had to throw the opened bottle away as i could not use it. I hope you understand as a business how important is to clearly communicate to your customers and if you have communicated the wrong information then that should be on you. Not on my money. I would have happy sent both bottles back if you would have said so.

DO NOT BUY AS IF IT DOESN’T WORK YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Absolutely horrible experience with the product and with customer service representative Mayoor. I have bought 1 bottle of vitamins for men at £29.99 and was offered another one at half price. Since I was committed to take them I went for the second one as well. A week on and I was experiencing nausea, vomiting and strange symptoms and decided to stop them. I have contacted customer service and explain the situation looking for the 90 days money back guarantee. It’s a scam because you only get the money back if you do not open the bottle. How are you supposed to know whats in it and if it works if you do not open it? Is like buying mouldy bread and the supermarket doesn’t care because you opened it. After lengthy emails between me and Mayoor he/she was adamant that i won’t get my refund but agreed in writing that upon returning the unopened bottle I will get the £29.99 which I paid the first time because they do not accept returns for opened products. I have returned the opened bottle and what do you know? I got only the £15 return from my second purchase. When I sent the email back Mayoor told me that they only refund the lowest item even if he/she confirmed in writing that will be £29.99. Moreover told me that if I want my £29.99 back I should have returned both bottles unopened for which I paid £45. Great business model. Incompetence on multiple levels. When I explained that this is not how it works I got ghosted and no answer to my emails. I will be taking this further to the relevant authorities as the company is a joke.

Well 1st time user and was off to a bad start as Royal mail failed to deliver to my address! The support team at Rock and Roses were helpful and understanding and very quick at resolving this problem. I am now at the beginning of this journey and look forward to seeing good results.

I am only taking these because I bought them for my husband but then he decided he didn't want to take them and I didn't want to waste the bottle. (I don't have gut problems) But after a week or so I am finding that I have an incredible amount of energy, which I did not have before I started taking them. I am 68 and female. I don't know if this is just a coincidence but I thought I would report it on here.

Supplement didnt work for me, item returned as adviced, this was on the 07.10.25, still have not received my refund, spoke to a customer advisor via email and two days ago she said it will be in my bank in 1-2 days. Well well, still havent got my money. Shocking refund process. Would not use them again. Please dont bother to reply, I won't be removing this review.

Have found the women’s probiotics brilliant! I had a query regarding long term use and I was contacted back almost immediately! Fantastic customer service and product. Only thing that would make this product better would be to include long term use information. Maybe a flyer or QR code on the bottle? Thank you! Will be ordering again.

This might seem like an exaggeration but I can honestly tell you that this Magnesium Complex has changed my life. I have suffered from chronic Restless Legs Syndrome for years. I had been taking prescription drugs to treat the symptoms but it had got to the point where the drugs were actually making it worse not better.
