Cheep Chinese product,?poor design and poor material quality. Light changing lenses do not work.

I bought these glasses, as I have a different style from Rockbros and I use the myopia frame with bi focal lenses in for long distance and short for seeing my computer whilst riding. These are more sporty and stylish than the frame I have, which I was what I was looking for.
However, when trying to fit the very delicate myopia frame into these new ones, it was very difficult and I struggled. I actually broke my existing myopia frame in the process and had to push out the lenses, install into the new myopia frame, then into the glasses which is a much tighter more close fitting. I managed it in the end but was very conscious how frail the myopia frame is and how much more difficult it was to fit them. Anyways, now all fitted and fantastic new more stylish glasses with myopia vision in.

Good product, excellent customer support. Take care with sizing, I ordered a long sleeve cycle top L and it arrived quickly but was too small.
Customer service very helpful, arranged return (free) and a new top in XL. Kept me fully informed.
Unfortunately this had to come from overseas -probably PRC) - and took about 2 weeks to arrive.
Very nice top which fits well.
So, a good company but order a bigger size than you think you need.

I wouldn't say my experience was great but , the saddle I bought was an improvement on my Brooks C 13 which I have endured for the past five years and it was less than half of the second hand price I paid for it . Value for money in my opinion.

Ordered a lightweight summer long-sleeve cycling jersey. Quality good but beware, sizing comes up small. I’m a medium-large, tall/thin, so normally order a large (e.g. Helly Hansen) but the RockBros ‘L’ is a very ‘snug’ fit and closer to a typical European brand ‘M’.
After a slight delay RockBros have offered to replace with an XL. I am pleased with the outcome as the design is good with plenty of pocket space and the lightweight breathable material ideal for summer use.

This is for top-tube bag 0.6l with magnetic closure.
It looks smart and the magnetic closure of a semi-rigid bag is good. I dislike the multi colour logo on both sides, and have obscured it with black tape to keep a sleek style.
But there is a design fault in the wire fastening system, which uses one wire on a ratchet wheel to grip both front steerer tube and top-tube loops as one, so fastening grip cannot be adjusted independently. A firm grip requires such tension that the semi-stiff plastic spacer on the floor of the bag buckles up into the storage space. I have removed it, so the bag is somewhat soft, while being firmly held to the frame.
The spacer should be much more rigid to enable more tension in the wire fastening.

Helmet did not fit well on my son’s head, no adjustment made it safe. Have contacted for a refund - was told I could get a 10% discount and keep it. Shocking for something that is not safe. Asked for full refund - unsurprised that I have not heard back. Will escalate with my bank as this does not seem like a legit UK company.

Great company to deal with. I made a mistake with my order, they got it sorted, no issues. The lime green kids helmet is epic! My little boy loves it!

Very comfortable cycling glasses which are perfect to cope with the changing light conditions between shade and full sun. Great value when compared to many others on the market.

Twice now I have bought cycle pants go m from you. They are very comfy to wear on long rides. Fits nicely. Easy to order and received in a reasonable amount of time.

Great cycling glasses. The self dimming is fast and effective. All at a good price too.

Saddle bracket assumes parallel metal rods on saddle. For me this did not allow for angles under saddle and did not correctly fit.
Bag itself was smaller than expected.

Took so long to arrive that I ended up away on holiday still not seen the glasses I bought my Mrs as they have now arrived when we are away , I bought a pair of oakleys at the airport to substitute on my Mrs missing her new pair that took over 10 days to arrive even though it said 3 days when I bought , crap service I’m sure the glasses are good when I see them in a couple weeks.

I bought a children’s bike helmet from here, the helmet is great and excellent quality. I originally ordered a small and it was too small so the team exchanged it free of charge of for me, sending another from Europe as they didn’t have any available in the UK. It was excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Very good cycling glasses in both design and durability. Customer service excellent with prompt reply to query. Postage fast.

Service was good but unfortunately product not so. Purchased an out front mount that attached to handlebar bracket to resolve a slipping garmin mount. However, spacers were too long to be used and unable to stop handlebars moving whilst riding despite tightening bolts. Bolts have also damaged the handlebar bracket in the process. Have removed item and will be looking for an alternative. ☹️

Ordered a pair of RockBros folding pedals to try. Swift & painless delivery - sturdy, well-made pedals with, IMHO, a much better folding & unfolding action than the Brompton pedals bought for my partner's Brommie. Did try a ride with the RockBros pedals fitted but unfortunately they're a bit small for my monster feet. Shame, because I really liked them. Wonder if they'll ever do a larger size?
