Ordered a pair of sunglasses as I needed them for a cycling holiday delivery was super quick (it did say distributed from our uk warehouse) glasses are decent fit and look great so all in all great product and speedy delivery

A friend recommended the Smart Tyre Inflater as he'd recently acquired one.
He demonstrated it to me and it was just what I'd been looking for.
I immediately ordered one which arrived a few days later.
Its small compact and does the job well and I'm more that pleased with.
Fortunately only had to use it on one occasion to inflate a tyre and it was brilliant.
Unfortunately though I seem to have mislaid the USB charging cable. I've searched high and low.
Would there be a chance of obtaining another cable please.
If so could you let me know what the cost will be.

Liked the options of helmets on line and built in lights great idea. Not yet fully tested to see how long they last before recharging up but like the style and colour i chose.

Only observation if you wear say a hat under in the cold months go for the next size up.

Great product

I got the heated gloves they are a Paine to set up and 10 mins into my ride no heat from the gloves I used a trusted power source and checked all the connections and the power levels all good but no heat

Five days still waiting for my order is it coming not happy

I was pleasantly surprised that the windproof balaclava was a good fit for me. However the area touching the nose has a firm inward facing seam,very uncomfortable!
Breathable fabric is questionable,glasses steamed up regularly.
If someone at Rockbros tried this product they might find these design problems could be easily resolved.

Great product. Looks very stylish. The bell sound is great, walkers with headphones in should still hear it. Simple to fit, there are reviews saying it’s difficult, or fiddly, I didn’t have any issues. Comes with two metal strips a short and long to fit onto the handle bars so will fit any bike. Overall a great product, loud, stylish and well priced.

The bike pannier rack is a great product, thoughtfully designed and well built. I put it on my electric trail bike in under an hour. The stays are rectangular but the fittings were ideal and fitted securely. The quick release mechanisms were very easy to adjust, the one on the saddle stem extremely robust. The one blip, the rack was made in China!

Well what can i say ! Probably the worst communication I've ever received from a large company!! Actually shocking. I ordered an item direct from rockbros and it'll probably be the last! No updates on order , no communication whatsoever!

I purchased a handlebar bag in January. The strap broke in May and I was unable to send it back through Amazon. Couldn’t find a returning address having packed it up ready to return.I left bad feedback and didn’t get a reply so definitely won’t be purchasing any more products from Rockbrossport

Excellent Customer Service. I had a query about which size phones the top tube bag could take and got a really helpful answer.
Ordered the bag and it does exactly what I needed it to do, at a great price. I wish i'd found this product before I bought a flimsy handlebar mount for my phone. There's loads of room in it for bits and pieces, including a battery pack for keeping my phone charged. Thank you

Product excellent, slight disappointment is that it comes from probably China so you have to wait a while for it arrive. That is not made clear when ordering.

Cycling glasses recommended by a friend I ordered swift arrival . A revelation my dry eye problem seems to be solved . Great in all weather . Best glasses I have used when wet . Husband just ordered a pair .

No problems at all with the glasses, they are a good fit and are really comfortable while wearing. Main reason for purchase was the fact they are light reactive and perfect for cycling.
Delivery took an age, i honestly think they forgot about my order, it was only when I contacted them that anything happened. I did receive the order quickly after though.

Excellent product at a very affordable price

Lights are good and work as expected. Product page for lights shows images the different mounting options for the lights and the different brackets, therefore my expectation was the package would contain all of these brackets. Very disappointed to find vox contained only the bar end mounts, so was unable tap onto the flexibility of the other mounting options. VERY MISLEADING PRODUCT PAGE. Also unable to find where I can purchase the additional brackets, even if I chose to spend more money to get what I already thought I was getting.

My car is an S Class Mercedes, got a quote to fit a Towbar…. they wanted £700 🤔 I bought the three Bike rack from Rockbros and it’s amazing, easy to use with no unsightly towbar or electrics and looks 😎 also saved me a fortune thank you Rockbros.

Very sturdy, excellent materials, I can’t knock it…. get yourself out there and buy one you won’t regret.

Received my bike rack today. Arrived within 48 hours which is great. I also ordered several adaptors to fit my forks but they weren’t with my package. Emailed the support team and they responded next morning confirming the adaptors had been shipped separately and supplied the tracking number for my peace of mind. Overall, a speedy and reassuring response to my query.

Kept up to date, and all questions answered promptly.
