Very responsive, supportive and communicative

I’ve had a great experience with Rock Compounds. Their website is very easy to navigate, ordering is simple, and shipping is always very fast. The owner is incredibly helpful and responds to questions quickly, which makes the whole process feel much more trustworthy and professional. I also appreciate that they provide COAs for their products, which gives extra confidence in the quality. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the products and customer service and will definitely continue using Rock Compounds for peptides in the future!

This was my first time ordering, paid through Venmo (which was convenient), however, I was a little skeptical. When I didn’t see a confirmation email I freaked out a little. I was able to contact them through the website. Within 24 hours (much less) I received a call from Jesse who confirmed my order. He let me know when my shipment would arrive and told me he left a tracking number on my Venmo note. I couldn’t find it but just trusted the process 🤓 since my brother has ordered from them. AND my package arrived today! Great customer service and outstanding communication! Will be ordering again and passing the business on to friends! Thank you Jesse!
