Low quality reproduction shoe brand
I had a bad experience with both the quality of the shoes I bought, and even worse with the customer service and how I was treated. Shoes bought were saddle shoes in leather for about £100. After a few months of 1-2 times a week wear, they cracked between the sole and the upper leather and a hole of 5 cm in length developed quite quickly. Since this was the second time this happended on a pair of shoes from them, I contacted the company and told them about the damage. After asking for picture evidence and me sending it to them, they completely ghosted me and cut the contact. I never got any explanation or apology, no offer for refund nor a new pair. I really felt ignored. Also, the white leather looks like it´s been painted white, instead of being actual white tanned leather, and soon dark cracks in the surface appeared. The leather used seems to be very low quality, short fibred and fragile, almost like cardboard. But mostly I am disappointed in how they treated a customer. Any production faults can generally be excused, if only I feel listened to, and am taken seriously when sending a complaint. I will not be returning of course.
