We bought a rock it for an extremely unsettled baby that would not sleep!! This was a god send! Helped getting baby to sleep longer particularly at night!!

We purchased a rockit for when we’re out and about, because of lockdown we didn’t actually use this until my baby was nearly four months old. After using it four times it just stopped working, the four occasions it did work it was successful at helping to settle my baby. But £35 for four uses is a bit expensive. We emailed rockit about this and were given instructions that were extremely patronising. Had we considered changing the batteries or had we tried turning up the dial on it then they were just ridiculous with requesting we took it all apart to make sure it hadn’t overheated even though it had not been used for days and still would not turn on. After we tried all of this we were directed to return it to store, which we can’t do because the returns period has ended or to pay to send it off to them. However the tone of the email insinuated we would be blamed for it no longer working and therefore it seems pointless to do so. Expensive and poor quality but the idea is great.

We bought a Rockit when our baby was quite small and it was brilliant for helping get him the sleep/ keep him asleep at times when he was really little and could be quite unsettled. We would definitely recommend and will be keeping hold of it in case we have another baby in the future!

Rockit have been great! I bought the rockit and the zed. Both have been really useful in helping my baby fall asleep for slightly longer periods of time (he has reflux so an hour is like heaven!). Recently my zed started to make a rattling noise and when I contacted the customer service team they responded so quickly and were extremely helpful. They have offered to replace my zed and test it with new batteries before sending it. I'm very impressed with the level of customer care and it's great to know you're speaking to fellow parents who are extremely professional. Rockit have been amazing and I'll be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks for your care and attention Rockit team!

Got given one of these but it stopped working. Any suggestions? Can't see anything too technical that could go wrong with it but simply won't work.

Right, with zero expectations I bought my Rockit nearly 3 years ago. I was a first time mum and my baby just wouldn't sleep anywhere except on me or in the sling. Everytime I put her in the cot she screamed and same in her bassinet. So I read some reviews and ordered the Rockit. And do you know what? For the rest of that first year of being I enjoyed walks with my baby in the pram and if I could even go and sit down at a cafe and she would stay asleep thanks to the Rockit keeping her moving. 2nd baby came along 14 months after the first and we used it from the start with her and she's loved sleeping in the pram and still does now at 1,5 yo. Now our 3rd baby has arrived so I ordered an extra clip to go on her moses basket and yes you guessed right again, it's worked it's magic on her too! However whilst charging the batteries one of my little ones must've got hold of the lid that goes inside the Rockit and it was lost. I decided to contact customer service to see if I could purchase the spare bit and not only has this product saved my back and sanity from not having to carry my girls 24/7, but the customer service is bloody outstanding! The same day I sent the email, the spare part was sent with a wish for a Merry Christmas and it was back on the pram a couple of days later! These three dads deserves every bit of recognition for inventing a product that soothes baby but also look stylish at the same time. Can't recommend highly enough!

Excellent device and brilliant customer service!

This is a top product for parents!!! It has saved me so much time trying to rock my baby to sleep who only seems to want to have day time naps in the pram. Perfect for all parents especially if regularly on the go. Attaches and releases easily. Product is secure on the pram when in use. I absolutely love it!!! Customer services are also amazing. I bought the product in a Lidl store and the box was damaged. On arriving home, I discovered the bracket was missing from the box. I contacted Rockit directly and they immediately solved my query at no extra cost by sending me the bracket that was missing. Thank you for the great customer service and the great product!

Excellent customer service - very friendly and efficient. The rockit is such a handy product, helps my little one stay asleep when we stop walking without me having to incessantly move the pram! Purchased the Zed also but yet to try it out.

This is the best new baby purchase you can make! I recommend it to everyone and has saved my arms from constant rocking to sleep, love love love it!

We received this in a pram bundle and at first didn't think we would use it but how wrong was I! First time parents and it's been so handy! We've just purchased an extra strap because we've attached the rocker to the moses basket to keep our daughter soothed to get into a deep sleep or settle her during the night. Fab product and worth purchasing one

I bought this at the baby show and was a little skeptical at yet another device to help babies sleep. However, it has proven me wrong. It's a really great device. It won't send my baby to sleep, but it will keep him sleeping soundly in his pram once we've stopped moving. A rechargeable version would be more convenient as the batteries aren't really easy to change and it does go through them relatively quickly, but that's a small price to pay for being able to eat a meal in peace!

I was lucky enough to win a rockit on a twitter competition, I was absolutely thrilled to see I had won as I had seen the rockit on social media for a few months now and really wanted to try it out. My daughter will wake up and cry if the pram is stopped, which meant that we couldn’t stop when out for a coffee or lunch. However this little device is fantastic! It is much more powerful then I anticipated it would be. I can see why it is so soothing for a baby. I have tried it with my daughter and it works a treat! It is a fabulous invention and I highly recommend it to other parents. It’s very well made and can be securely attached to the bar on I suspect any pram / pushchair. I am thrilled to have this and am sure it will be used for many many months to come :) thank you Rockit!

Game changer... honestly don’t know why this isn’t more widely known. It’s a must have for us, our daughter is the typical 10 minute napper and as soon as her pram stops her eyes open. Now we have the Rockit she has a good nap and this means we get 5 minutes peace! Just purchased a second bracket to put on her car seat. If you haven’t bought one already, what are you waiting for? You won’t be sorry, trust me!

The rockit for us has been a complete life saver. I have two children one aged 5 months and one almost 2. I have used the rockit in a whole range of situations from setting up the pushchair at home with the rockit on to help my youngest sleep while I get on with house jobs to when out and about shopping. It really does help to gently keep the pushchair moving in motion so they both stay settled and asleep when I need to stop pushing for whatever reason. It has allowed me to enjoy hot cups of tea with my friends while out and about and allowed me to get jobs done around the house while my little one takes a nap on days he is less settle and wants carrying around. An amazing product.

I have a Rock it Rocker for my son and it is absolutely amazing! What a fantastic invention! Makes life so much easier! I also have a daughter so if for example we are at the park and he’s sleeping I turn the Rock it Rocker on and my son never knows I have stopped rocking his buggy! Give me free hands to help my daughter in the park! 200% recommended from me!

I can't praise this product or people who invented it enough. I have a very light sleeper 7 months old who fight her sleep a lot at nap times and bed times. Never have i once manage to bring her in the house sleeping. I spent most of my days battling her to go to sleep which put my housework on hold (for too long) and less time to spend with my 3 years old son.

Since we have Rockit, it helped rocking her to sleep on the pram within 10 mins and if we take her out for a walk, we can bring her inside asleep.

The design is so compact, and easy to fit onto the prams. So I would highly recommend to those who nees their baby to sleep and get on with their lives
