I ordered a 8 litre air compressor
I ordered a 8 litre air compressor, packing was very good, only problem was the air hose, split at one end, and arrived in a very shabby box, looks like you have just thrown any old bits in. On requesting a replacement, and supplying proof of damage, a email asked if I was happy with a new hose, that would be great I replied, 1 week on. Nothing! Great service, thanks.

I fixed the grass box no problem if you…
I fixed the grass box no problem if you start from the back to front. I have had issue with one of screws to fix handle to body doesn't seem to line up. I think the height adjustment for cutting is very fiddly my other lawnmower just had a handle to raise and lower wheels. Also the pictures in manual need brightening as it just looks like a black blob not at all clear.

Ordered a refurbished trolley jack
Ordered a refurbished trolley jack, on delivery found the jack to be damaged and unable to be used. Courier arranged to collect and then didn't hear anything. After 8 days I sent an email requesting an update, update was sorry we don't have anymore in stock we will refund you.
I asked whether a new unit could be supplied (around £40 more expensive) it was but they'd charge me the difference. No offer to try and resolve my disatfication of being without something I needed for over two weeks. Poor.

We are very sorry your jack was damaged, all our refurbished items are checked by our technicians before we advertise them for sale. Before we can send out a replacement we need to have the item back and have it checked by our returns team to check what went wrong.
As your item was a refurbished item their stock is not reliable as not all trolley jacks can be fixed/not a lot come back for being broken so we were unable to send you out another one. We used our best judgement and decided to send you a refund rather than hold onto your money as we would be unsure when another refurbished trolley jack would come for sale.
We did try and satify you however we cannot send out a product that we dont have any stock of and we gave you two options.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU SAVE ON PRICE YOU WILL SPEND IT CHASSING THEM!
Rubbish customer service! After 3 weeks of emails and stupid questions (like is the battery charged?) ( note my wife send videos showing battery charge , filter fitted etc...) the decide that they want battery back for testing, we decide whuold be quicker and more pratical to send all vacuum to be tested as definitely notting wrong with the battery. They found out that the vacuum was faulty ,they refund the money but not a apology not a choice to send me another one. Missing the basic of costumer service.

Apologies for the delay in response, we do our best to reply within 48 hours.
We suggested sending just the battery back as that is the most common fault for that item, even if the lights turned on the battery could still be faulty. However we accommodated your request and had the full item returned.
Your item was checked over and was found to be faulty. Unfortunately we were out of stock of the item at the time so we issued a full refund.

Courier Was Awful, Rocwood Rectified
Ordered from them, came in a moderately timely manner. Due to terrible handling by the courier i was missing everything but the machine itself. Contacted them to rectify and they sent out all the missing parts. Due to using a sub par courier service this took 10 days to arrive. Very Happy with the response and rectification by the company, the people they use for deliveries however are useless.

Jetwasher ordered ordered on the 6th…
Jetwasher ordered ordered on the 6th June and was 'despatched' nearly a week ago. The track and trace showed its arrival at my local depot who held it for 4 days. Just checked this morning and it is now telling me it's been returned to a previous depot with a red X and 'collected' by the item. Incredibly poor customer service as my enquiries are not being returned by either Rockwood or the carrier.

Once the item has been returned to us we can take a look over it to see what damage the courier is referring to. The courier have not informed us of this but from the tracking I can see it is due for delivery today.
It may just be damage to the box and if so we can get this re-boxed and sent back to you.

Great wee power washer
Great service from Rockford, I ordered my power washer last Saturday the 1st and it was processed on Monday and had it delivered on Tuesday 4th . Now that is a good service👍🏻 today I filled the engine with the required amount of Oil and filled the tank and pulled the cord and away I went. Brilliant. I have to say I was very happy with the pressure, I have a very large slabbed patio area in my back garden and we live next to a large Forrest so the slabs get very grimy over the winter but the new power washer was a treat. It took me less than half the time to clean it than what it did with my old power washer. Very happy. The only thing I would say is, I feel the lance is a bit short but to be fair I haven’t checked to see if Rocwood do an extended lance for. So far so good👍🏻. Cheers guys
