I ordered several dresses which were very nice, a bit heavy maybe.
Since I chose not to order any, I had to pay the return myself which is absolutely shocking for a company of this standard, and which I do not have to do with other UK companies I order from, like meandem.com. If you can't provide a smooth customer service to continental Europe you should reconsider exporting at all. Especially since with amazing companies like mytheresa.com who offers Roland Mouret this would not have happened.
Learned my lesson! Never again!

I ordered in December 2024 a dress for my wife for Christmas. When the day came, she opened it and it was stained of something that looked like chocolate/blood, dark brown in color. The size was no longer available so they issued a refund and gave me a 15% code as compensation.
Needless to say the impact of the gift being ruined.
I said it can happen, such is life.

Now my wife birthday is near and they started the summer sale mid June so it was a good time to get her something again.
This time they forgot to pay the customs duties and the package is held since June 18. I contacted them and they admitted that they forgot do use DDP (delivery duties paid) and I was informed that they will fix it. At one point they prepared a new order which they cancelled after a few days under the reason "damaged product" (sounds familiar to the situation above?). Then yesterday, June 30 they told me that the package is "lost in transit" and they cancelled the order and issued a refund again. The product is no longer available for purchase again.

I called UPS today and surprise, surprise nothing is lost. The package is waiting for taxes to be paid and be released.

They have treated me with disrespect and blatantly lied to me, then left me without a solution or compensation for the second issue.

Ever since they were acquired a few years ago, their service has become absolutely terrible. They don't know how to address clients, they can't come with solutions, they are very slow in doing anything. And they lie.

The products are still worth it, but it's better to get them from other stores and not directly from the manufacturer. I always support the manufacturer but after the experience with them I can't recommend buying directly from them.
