We had a bumpy start due to a misunderstanding made by me. They dealt with it very well and quickly. Their granola is wonderful. Real food. Full of flavour and crunch. Superior to everything on the supermarket shelf. Bit pricey but then you get what you pay for and I think their product worth it.

Excellent customer service
I contacted customer service about my order. I had asked for 2 x 1 kg packs of Rolla granola which are packed in silver foil; I received four times half kilo packs in clear plastic.
I spoke to one of the agents who took a lot of trouble going into the matter . She informed me that the reason I didn't get what I had asked for was that they had run out of silver foil. She has arranged to send me these silver foil sealed bags when they are available
I was very impressed at how she tried to put matters right

Impressed at the quality
Bought 2 packs to try. I was impressed with the overall look of the cereal. Good sized nuts. A quality look and I very much enjoyed the taste. The 40gm serving isn't enough and although there are natural sugars, I prefer it very slightly sweeter - a personal preference. Not a problem as I'm not using it within a dieting framework. Very likely to order again and try some different flavours.

Nuts are too big
I ordered a couple of items - Cool Raspberry and Zesty Caveman.
Although I am not allergic to nuts I do find the texture of them difficult to deal with. The Cool Raspberry has very large macadamia nuts and large cashews unfortunately and I do not feel able to even try it.
The zesty caveman has smaller ingredients and I am hopeful that I will enjoy this product.
Communication was good and delivery fast.

Very tasty
Delicious taste, good selection of nuts, very more-ish. . Good protein, good fibre but unfortunately it is a bit too calorific, and too fatty.
Too easy to make the mistake of signing into a regular delivery, I almost did, but I only wanted to try one packet, escaped with a bit of difficulty ….sent an email to confirm my order which was acknowledged.

Delicious and Moreish…
We have ordered twice from Rollagranola and the products are absolutely delicious.
So good, it’s hard not to be tempted to grab a handful straight from the packet as you are in the cupboard.
The organic and nutty is full of nutritious nuts/ oats /seeds and has no extra additives and is low on salt.
Delivery is very speedy too.

Item arrived quickly. The taste was good. The large pieces of granola (limited number) fell apart in the milk. I ended up with a sea of seeds which actually caught in the back of my throat. Not how it was presented on screen.
I won't buy this product again.

Hi there, well I am enjoying the flavours of the granola so much that I will have to order some more. It is without doubt the best granola I have ever tasted, and there have been quite a few. The nuts are tasty and fresh and with the balance of all the other ingredients it is the best ever.

I have only recently started eating granola, and this one (Zesty Caveman,) is the best one yet.
Absolutely delicious.
Mixed with my weetabix, using oat milk, and topped with yoghurt, it makes a marvellous breakfast.

I received my granola within the time frame,I was sceptical at first I had absolutely nutty granola I had been waiting for along time to have granola a decent one anyway and it was worth the wait,I tried the absolute chocolate one with muesli it didn't quite hit the spot but then I tried it with something else today and that was nice not as nice as the other one but it hit the spot

I had bought a small carton of Rollagranola before so I knew the quality I was getting. This time I ordered a kilo of Almond and Pecan Crunch and a kilo of Organic and Nutty. Yes, it is more expensive than other brands but you cannot compare the taste and quality to other brands. Once you try it you won't go back!

Not the actual product… which I love
Not the actual product… which I love - but communication is poor…2 emails been sent to cancel a subscription order which is due to be processed on 16 Aug… no reply from 1 st email sent 2 weeks ago… I can’t take the granola at present due to me having chemotherapy and cannot get anyone to respond to my communication to cancel for the foreseeable. Please reply to my emails and take the stress away at this difficult time… watch this space
