Started well. Order despatched quickly after confirmation.
However Royal Mail tracking did not recognise receipt of the package and despite several messages/emails I received no update from Rollagranola!!
Although slow in responding I have now had a positive outcome with the company dispatching a replacement order.

Better than Expected
Like many other comments I’ve tried numerous other Granolas.
I purchased 2 boxes as a first order as I’m quite sceptical about reviews and their reliability.
1 week later I’m starting my second box and looking at what flavour to order next.
The box contained lots of quality nuts n seeds plus dried fruit, as I got near the bottom of the pack it wasn’t full of tiny bits and dust like many others.
I will definitely be ordering more as it tastes good as well.

It is the exact same premium recipe and small-batch baking process for both our boxes and our 1kg bags, so they should always taste equally fresh. However, because the 1kg bags hold a much larger volume and stay open over a longer period of time, the granola can sometimes lose its crispness faster if any air creeps in. We always recommend storing it in an airtight container or jar once opened to keep that day-one freshness locked right in.
That said, we want every single bowl to be absolutely perfect for you. Please drop us a DM with your batch details so we can look into this and make sure you are properly looked after!

I have been buying Rollagranola for a while now and love the variety although I try to stick with the ones with less sugar content. Having said that the 'new' pouches "Calm" and "Body and Soul" are delicious!
Ordering and delivery is quick and easy. In my case, any problems, have been answered quickly and have been helpful.
As I am the only person in the household that eats Rollagranola, my orders are infrequent. Only negative, I do think it's a little bit cheeky that we have to buy at least five boxes to get it JUST over the £5 limit to avoid postage costs!

The actual Granola is lovely, but nothing sucks more then you making a decision to buy, let’s say 3, only to be told, once your order is complete, that you can have another at a discount.

Misleading advertising
The advertising for this product is very misleading. They show people with bowls piled high, when, in reality, a 40g portion is a little bit in the bottom of a bowl.

Not what you would expect
When it's advertised by the company as being high quality that's exactly what I'd expect.
However having an auto immune disease I use an app that can scan barcodes on products and gives you a better Idea what food products are really like as I like to eat healthy
Once my four boxes arrived, I scanned all
Three out of four came up poor, all three saying too fatty and one of the three too many additives which I wouldn't have expected from how' they are advertising. Only one box came out good.
Having contacted the company I have now had a response and been refunded so when I wrote my original review I was still waiting for a reply but happy they have acknowledged my concerns and resolved
Think however I'll stick to cheaper products within my local supermarket that rate better overall for my needs.

Really sorry you had a negative experience. We have reviewed your feedback and I can see we have responded via email to your concerns. Unfortunately we cannot address all health conditions and aim to make a healthy product using great ingredients, all information on the ingredients and nutritional is available on the website and we aim to make that clear and accessible. For most people, naturally occurring fats like those in coconut, nuts and seeds are very good for you and something we don't get enough of and one of our core principles is around giving people healthy products they can enjoy everyday. I can see on this occasion we arranged a full refund under our enjoyment guarantee.
Was amazing...now not so great
When I first tried Rollagranola, I thought it was amazing big, clumpy pieces of delicious granola. Now it’s just powdery, with no big clumps of that crunchy goodness. The quality seems to have gone downhill. Some of the nuts are insanely hard and actually hurt my teeth. There’s no texture to the product anymore.
I don’t know what’s gone wrong whether they’ve changed their manufacturing process or the ingredients as demand has increased but the product just isn’t what it used to be. When quality was really high I was happy to pay the premium and subscribe but now there are plenty of other products at similar prices I can buy from the supermarket.

Hardly any raspeberries and too many nuts
I ordered two boxes of the raspberry granola. It looks slightly pink, but can only see tiny traces of raspeberries, not pieces as expected. Looking at the composition on the packet, it says 8% only, so not surprising. I found that there were too many nuts and the taste is slightly bitter. I'ts great that it has no sugar or artificial sweetener added but some kind of natural sweetener would help, like perhaps apple juice. Not buying again.

Hi Michele, Sorry you didn't enjoy the keto granola. As we adhere to the strict keto diet on this product it is very limited with the ingredients we can use. It is specifically formulated for keto and therefore we can only put a small amount of raspberry in, if you're looking for more raspberry why not check out our cool raspberry product. However we do not add raspberries to this product after the bake, the raspberries are used to sweeten and bind the product so not evident as pieces.
