Absolutely thrilled with the service from Roman Boilers! We recently had a full conversion to a combi boiler, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Chris was punctual, professional, and incredibly tidy — he treated my home with real care, leaving everything spotless at the end of each day.

What really stood out was the attention to detail. The pipework is immaculate — perfectly straight, clean joints, and clearly done with pride. It’s not often you can say that plumbing looks beautiful, but Roman Boilers really delivered something special. You can tell Chris is a true craftsmen.

The new system is working brilliantly, and I’ve already noticed a huge improvement in both pressure and efficiency. If you’re looking for a top-quality boiler installation with a team that takes real pride in their work, I couldn’t recommend Roman Boilers more highly.

The job was moved and then interrupted a few times. Once the invoice was paid there was an item to be fitted that was included in the job but they never came back to fit. I phoned for an update and was told it would be dealt with and no one has ever come back to me. I have since had said job completed at an extra cost to me. Very disappointed and now don’t know if the boiler is warranted by them. Its a real shame as I found the owner quite personable but has let his company down with the lack of communication and customer service.

I'm absolutely delighted with the service provided by Roman Boilers, especially by Chris. Out of the three quotes I received, Chris stood out right away—he made me feel completely at ease. He was genuine, friendly, not at all pushy, and offered a very fair price. Chris installed my new boiler today, and it's working perfectly. He really knows his stuff and went above and beyond, even working all day on a Sunday to get the job done. He was efficient, professional, and just a lovely person to have around. I highly recommend Roman Boilers!

Roman boilers offered an excellent level of customer service right from the point of enquiry. Throughout the process Chris was patient, helpful and respectful of our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished job. We had a new boiler and four new radiators which was a big job but Chris did excellently, keeping necessary disruptions and adjustments minimal. I would highly reccomend Roman Boilers to anyone and would gladly use them again.

Roman Boilers were professional and courteous throughout the entire project. We came across issues that were nothing to do with Roman Boilers but they took on those issues and resolved them in a timely and professional manner. Very pleased with the final out come of the project and would highly recommend.

He explained everything, made suggestions that would be beneficial to us in the long term and worked diligently and respectfully of our home whilst he was in it. I have used different trades people over the years.

A new boiler was required so I searched via Boiler Guide site which sends my details to 3 different companies, Roman Boiler being one of them.

It's a family run business by Chris and it was he that communicated with and ultimately fitted the new boiler.

I can honestly say that he was fantastic!

Not only did he take time out to fully access the situation, he explained things very well. They priced the job reasonably and due to the nature of the way he had taken his time to that point, I decided to support an independent business.

I was hugely impressed with his work and continued communication. He was able to order and install the new boiler within days and he was fantastic.

Personally, I will continue you use him on all related matters and would strongly recommend others give him a chance.
