The product was advertised as being made in and shipped from Australia. It was not it is made in and shipped from China. The offered 100% refund if not satisfied, but then tell you you can't return beauty procducts. So definitely buyer beware

This product does not work as it claims

I have only given one star because I couldn’t give zero. Don’t waste your money. It definitely doesn’t do what they state it does.

After 2 weeks no change

The Company said it ships in two days from Australia, it took a month. Tried to cancel before they had shipped as I accidently hit the upsell bottles. Took it up with Paypal who were useless and it has put me off dealing with Paypal. The product DOES NOT WORK and is false advertising. The old saying "BUYER BEWARE" definitely applies here.

Said product was shipped from the U.K., did not get an email to confirm order, took it up with PayPal and after two weeks got a despatch tracking number coming from
Wuhan, China and a month later the product arrived. Has done absolutely nothing, I suspect it’s filled with the cheapest Nivea! Feel totally mugged off and recommend you avoid them.

Ordered 12 days ago as they said made and shipped from Australia. Nope. Just got an email saying it’s coming from China

Botox and Retinol Shot……I tried it, for two weeks around my eyes now and I can’t see any difference at all. Not what was promised! Just another gimmick!

I love this brand, my wife uses several pieces in her routine and the smell is amazing. Her skin has started glowing since she started using them, the ingredients are amazing! The customer services is also second to none, they get back same day and are very helpful, attention to detail is impeccable.

I am in love with your products! The smell (important to me); the feel and crucially the effect has been amazing. My skin has felt wonderfully clean, nourished and glowing since I started using the Romilly Wilde cleanser, serum, oil in the day and night cream. All wonderfully massaged in with the best roller ever! Feel I should do a before and after photo, as I really do feel they are making a difference after only a week or so.

Cannot fault this brand at all, the products are stunning and work like a charm. Customer service has always been great and they have helped me when I had some questions about whether the products are right for my skin. Delivery is really quick and free too, which is an added bonus. Someone asked if I had botox the other day so I know the products are doing their job (and at a fraction of the cost of botox!). Would highly recommend.

Having read excellent reviews, I bought 3 Romilly Wilde products - cleanser, face oil and serum. When I tried to open one of the bottles, the cap was so stiff that the whole pump mechanism popped out spilling a lot of the oil on the floor. I have twice emailed the customer services and had absolutely no response! Very disappointed and will not be buying again.

Had a minor issue with the website on Black Friday which meant that an item was not delivered. A call to customer service and the missing item arrived next day. I wish all customer service departments worked as efficiently.

PS I know the products are good - my wife tells me that they are!!

I ordered the face oil as my first order and was very pleased with the quality of the oil. It absorbed beautifully and left my face moist and plump in the morning. The delivery was prompt and came with a free sample of parfume. I then ordered the cleanser , very pleased with the product that came with face linen. I just wished I had more samples to try so I feel confident to order the full range. I’ll definitely be replenishing these with the same.

After using a well known cleansing product for years I decided that I would like to look for something that was more organic based, so I decided to try Romilley Wilde and was not disappointed. It is kind to my skin, which has a tendency to dryness, and my skin feels properly cleansed and prepared after the removal of my makeup. It is presented in a well designed dispenser which is easy to manage, the only question I have is (and perhaps I've missed it) I am unable to assess how much I have used and when when I will need to renew it. Perhaps a clear strip down the milky white glass conatainer would be the answer. It however, doesn't stop me from re-ordering the product and trying the rest of the range. A great product.

The only brand which truly makes my skin feel fresh, plump and glowy.
