DNY Building Services, Preston, Lancs, re-roofed my property and made an excellent job of it. Danny and Joe are honest, reliable, hard working and fair. A credit to their profession.

We use roofer and builder for emergency repairs (same day) and recently a larger re-roof. Communications are always excellent and the team deliver high quality works on the promised timescale. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone and will be using them myself for maintenance on the next property.

Can not belive how bad this company are .it is all fake recommend (must be from friends and family of him 🤮🤮) .
He is liar ,he came and fix our roof but all leeking still there ...he keep saying take time to make water dry out ...we hire machine take all water out ,and took all plaster off ,renew plaster ...to proved to him the water still there .he was gave me 5 years warantee for my roof but not even work for 1 days ...before we paying him ,he showing very nice ,always answer the phone after he got money,very hard to hold of him and if lucky hold of him he has thousand excuse ...he try to making out ge busy can not come ..till summer come and lock down and covid ...VERY VERY BAD .till now 1 year it damage so many of our building ,plaster ..electric cut off and brand new carpet broken...he not answer the phone .here is how done with our roof with fake pain repair .and water still all here .STAY AWAY FROM THIS COWBOY ROOFER &BUILDER .

I had our guttering at the front of the house fixed (they had an annoying leak) and soffit boards added to the back of the house. Communication was great, came on the day/time they said they would. Really hard working and tidied up after the job, even picking up small pieces of plastic from the lawn. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

John was recommended to us by a friend and from start to finish the communication we received was outstanding. We have had our house re-pointed and we are absolutely delighted with it. The workmanship was second to none and would highly recommend him. Thank you for doing such an amazing job and charging us a very responsible price.

Came home from my son's wedding in Poland to find a small leak in the kitchen roof. John came out to have a look and easily found where the problem was as well as some cracked roof tiles. He took pictures while on the roof so we could see what he had found. He gave a more than reasonable estimate and came and completed the work a short while later. We weren't here when he came to do the job (so got no tea!) but left nothing out of place and did a very good job. Really pleased with John and his service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Reliable, Dependable & Professional

I’ve been using John and his company now for over 5 years and I’m about to start a fifth project ( building a ground floor extension consisting of a bathroom, dining room and new entrance hall) on my property which without doubt, Ill be using Roofer & Builder to carry out my latest project.

No matter how big or small my need has been, from a leaking gutter to replacing my roof, installing a new fully fitted kitchen to now extending my property Roofer and Builder have and always reacted in a swift and professional manner.

All work carried out by John and his team has been completed to the highest standard on all fronts Quality, value for money and safety.

I had a problem with grey squirrels in my loft. John was recommended by a neighbour who had the same problem, and he came out the same day and blocked up the holes they were getting through. He also came back again a few weeks later when one of these vermin got back in. I would recommend this firm to anyone as they are very friendly and helpful.

John’s work is fabulous, He is professional & reliable & so knowledgable, sorted problems other builders/roofers have been able to fix. I’m that impressed I will be getting him back to do other work. I would definitely recommend John

We've just started to work with Roofer and Builder again now. that we are developing more new rental stock. They have refurbished or reroofed over 60 properties for us. From London to Chester and across to Lincoln. Would definitely recommend them. Sadly John and his team have been too busy to help us on our last 2 properties and we're regretting it. They're back in play now and my team love working with this firm, we have a great professional relationship and they always deliver.

John and his team are the best in the business they done our extension and kitchen start to finish. He even put up with me changing my mind all the time!! John explain all the options making suggestions for finishes even pointing out things we didn’t really need to save us money!! Everything clean and tidy throughout. Made up with end finish, loft next and I definitely wouldn’t use anyone else.

what a fantastic find I made when I got in touch with this company.. firstly let me say i am a fully skilled tradesman and an absolute perfectionist with more than a hint of O.C.D. So when John called to our home to look at replacing a flat roof on our extended bungalow he instantly put me at ease just listening to how he was going to tackle the job.
Within a couple of days he got back to me with a start date and the cost of the work, the price was amazing for what was needed to be done. He turned up prompt on the agreed date and set about the task immediately. His co-worker Steve dropped off the gas burner mid morning and left to go to another job they had on. These lads should be wearing super hero capes. Our roof was completed the same day and I was delighted with the quality of workmanship and Finnish. I could not recommend this company enough for quality, professionalism , and cost. Thank you so much John and Ste.

In the space of a couple of hours Ste turned what we called 'the somme' into what now looks like a wonderful little football pitch. We are all extremely pleased and our girls are looking forward to making a lovely memorial for our dog. The grass looks lovely and we couldn't be happier. Many thanks
