Easy and helpful experience!
We got several quotes for a new roof, and each one had a vastly different cost. I used this app to see what general costs I could expect for my area (and for my specific home), and was pleasantly surprised and how quick and easy the process was! I also was able to schedule a few more estimates from other companies which was very helpful.

It was very easy
It was very easy, and for me that is essential. The calculator showed a photo of my property from above (drone?) , which estimated my square footage and then gave me estimates from high to low of what a new roof would cost.

Suggestion: offered services that require the professionals to enter one’s home should have ‘booties.’

My experience actually happened a little while ago . I won. Modo has always been the best for winning and the fastest for payouts. My biggest was a while back at 20k but I’m happy with the 1,100.00 today. Great games and their support is excellent. If you have a problem or a question they are quick to respond.

Quick and easy to use. I had many companies calling me to offer their services which is nice. When one company offered a very high cost to replace my roof, I used the information from roofing calculator to negotiate the price down by several thousand dollars.

App was really easy to use and it was a good starting point. I was a little hesitant adding my phone number and completing the information, because I did not want unsolicited calls. It does not seem like my phone number has been sold. Only down side I asked to be contacted by 4 companies, I was only contacted by one contractor.

I own a roofing company All Weather…
I own a roofing company All Weather Tite Roofing in Fort Lauderdale FL. I marketed with Roofing calculates for about a month and a half found their Ad's were very misleading and The way they worked their credit system for contractors that use them is a rip off. They only allow you to reject 1 or 2 bad leads and you get a message the tells you if you reject the lead it decreace the number of leads they will send you (strong are tactics). Being a roofer myself I found that there estimated roof costs are way off. They’re owned by a company called solar reviews, and in the meetings every week with my account manager she would tell me things are going great when I wasn’t even able to reach most of the lead's to even give an estimate to. Some of the leads asked me if I thought the ads were misleading I had to agree. This company makes roofing contractors look bad.
