Easy to access storage unit. Good communication.

Sarah at the Michinbury depot has just been incredible and amazing . From the beginning she was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to help in anyway possible for me to get a unit which is very close to my property Her attitude towards customer service has been much appreciated so I am glad that a person like this is working for your company.

I moved my storage to Roomia recently and the experience couldn’t have been better. Such friendly and helpful service from Anton and Sarah including a facility tour weeks before I started my term there in which everything was thoroughly explained.

From the start they were very helpful setting up my phone for access .
We're very helpful with any questions I had being i wasn't from Sydney and didn't know the area
I would definitely use them again if needed and recommend family and friends to them

I was walked to my unit and staff made sure I could use the app to unlock unit/gates/roller door. I had some hiccups with the app due sharing a storage unit previously but they sorted it out and manager even called me on his day off to confirm it was sorted. Very friendly staff who are so willing to help 🙂🙂🙂
