My experience was great Geoff helped me over the phone & when going into the storage facility Kim was fantastic she was so hopeful

Great customer interaction on the phone and in the office.

Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Storage area was clean, easily accessible, liked the easy access with pin number access.

Great facility, very clean and secure, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The access to the facility is very easy and getting into the storage unit quick and simple.

Worst customer service so rude and arrogant, I had just moved in my friend helping me had a cigarette and he had thrown the butt on the floor I didn't see him throw the butt but I did see him have the cigarette and I did honestly say to him he shouldn't be smoking in there. yes there are signs everywhere saying no smoking, 40 year old man I can't control what he does, when I was asked by the manager I took full responsibility and apoligised for my friend smoking manager said let it be my 1st and last warning I understand and of course me personally I don't smoke so I knew that won't be a problem...3 days later I get eviction notice must pack all my things and move out, mind you I have already paid upfront for the month, and she gave me a deadline off 2 days and can only access building when she is at work so now 6 kids later both me and the Mrs work so I finish work 2pm I done one load because I can't go back and I'm traveling from Truganina to sunshine, there's only so many days I can finish work early and like I said I could not have access after hours. Then I get an other phone call threatened to sell my things if I didn't have everything moved out. I am a genuine person I could have lied about my friend smoking and then she couldn't throw me out but I don't need to bullshit I was honest and look where it got me,
I'm understandable and fair but cut me a break mind you I needed 2 more storage units And I'm planned to be there for 2-3 years so really was that cigarette that I didn't even smoke worth losing a good customer, I didn't even get a refund

Great staff very helpful. I booked a unit that was way to big and they were very happy to change it to a smaller one.

The most amazing two people I meet today at the Truganina Roomia Self Storage, Not only did they make me feel welcome they helped me when I really needed it specially when I forgot my physical ID today so thank you to the amazing team and there awesome customer service I received this morning 😊

The facilities are great the lady Kim not so much
, she acts and behaves as if she’s the boss and dictator of the premises and surrounding areas , along with patrolling the warehouse area like a prison warden ,
If you do rent here make sure you walk on eggshells with the lady Kim in the office , if you don’t she will try end you in every way possible

Thank you for reaching out however I speak for many that have had the experience and interaction with Kim from Truganina branch
If you are vocal about her behaviour or behind the scenes treatment , as I mentioned before she will try end you
There is no amicable resolution when dealing with a person that has that type of dictatorship behaviour
Roomia please action this crazy woman from causing further grief for the current and unsuspecting customers that enjoy the facilities

Great experience the process was really easy and the service was great. I would recommend

1st time renter. Easy online booking. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

The receptionist wasn’t very polite didn’t give me options as in if we can receive 24 hours Self storage if we can use the van I paid for a storage unit that I can use a van. wasn’t allowed to use the van even though I was a full license. She wasn’t a very helpful candidate and I wasn’t satisfied. Please do that. Please ask your customers if they want 24 hours for Access or if they want to use a van and just be more polite and generous.

Great service and easy process. Jeffery was more than helpful and showed exceptional customer service.
