The product is great I've found if you make it the night before and leave it in the fridge it has more of a thick shake feel.
Can be a bit watery and gritty if I mix it and drink it straight away.
Only problem I ever have is with the bag seals coming away from the bag
But over all it a great tasting produce ( Dark chocolate )that keeps me full
And it's helped me lose 4 kg in the first month

Rootana is overpriced compared to Huel and other Huel alternatives. They also have frequent supply issues, meaning that (in the UK) I can't reliably get the product that I want when I want it. But it tastes so much better than Huel, Jimmy Joy or Vybey and it doesn't contain artificial sweeteners.

The quality of the product and the customer service are both top notch

I really love rootana as a product, it’s high quality and nutritious. It’s great for my work days when I don’t have time to eat. I love how it doesn’t have any sweeteners as I’ve never found another brand that is the same.
On a negative note, I wish there was some more flavours and that customer service was easier to get in touch with

The only issue I have is with the packaging. In many of the packages I’ve received, the plastic seal strip partially separates from the bag when I first open it, making it impossible to fully seal the bag after use. I’ve had to fold the bag over and put a clamp on it to fully seal it.

Great clean product in good packaging. Been using other meal replacements but settled on Rootana for its great taste and clean ingredients. My only complaint is that the shaker is cheaply made. For twenty something bucks, I was hoping for something a bit better than dollar store quality. The scooper, however, is excellent. Overall a great experience and I’ve been subscribed for several months now.

I’ve enjoyed drinking Rootana shakes as a meal supplement for several years now and am still pleased with the easy to mix drink, the nutritional value I trust while maintaining healthy weight along with energy. Plus, I love the flavor.

Great nutrition without Soy.
I personally prefer the flavor of Soylent and that is what I consume for myself. When I needed a non-soy option for my daughter, I found Rootana. It works great for her needs.
She is a thin 4 year old. Rootana has been an excellent emergency food for when she has hunger pains. It also gives me confidence in her having a broad dietary intake.

This is the tastiest meal replacement powder with the cleanest ingredients I've found thus far. I'm over 70 and use it to supplement my meals for added nutrients. I make it for a relative instead of buying him pre-made shelf-brand shakes. Rootana doesn't have the potentially harmful ingredients found in products like Ensure that is often recommended for senior citizens. He loves it!

Great product! I drink it almost every day! In fact I just had dental surgery yesterday. And Rootana has kept me full and satisfied since I am unable to eat regular food for a couple days. I’ve also got four other people ordering the product. I have been using it for two years going on three. Usually for breakfast or a quick lunch. Tastes great and very good ingredients. The best complete meal shake. Not too sweet, tastes good.

Good product, a little gritty. Could stand to have a more protein-balanced option.
Subscription management could be better, but product delivery so far has been consistent, which is very important.
