Rooted Care about looking after your loved ones...

Alex and his team have treated Mum with great respect and tried to cater for her ver specific needs in her time of trouble. They have been very supportive and always keen to help in whichever way they can. They understand that careering for someone is not about turning up an clocking in but actually careering for the person - so crucial and takes away part of the stress of looking after anyone who cant help themself.

Amazing support for my elderly Dad

Amazing support for my elderly Dad, which gives myself and my siblings complete peace of mind that Dad is in good hands. “Rooted” go above and beyond to ensure that Dad is safe and well in his home; and even book and take him to medical / dental appointments. The care and concern for Dad is evident , and Dad considers his regular carers from “Rooted” as friends. Thank you Alex and team.

Very good care providers

Rooted home care have been caring for my father over a year now. And im very happy with the care they provide. I separate this home care from every other care providers as they take great time to train there staff (carer's), to unsure you will receive high quality care. Every now and again the management will call me to find out how my father is doing and if I have any concerns about the care they provide. The staff are very polite and always interact with my family. Thank you rooted for the care you provide

Great care providers

Dr. Alex and the Carers provide a great service to my father who suffers from Dementia and also help my mother when possible, such as advice on caring for my father.

Impecable care and attention

It has been 1 ½ year that we have been using Alex and his teams expertise to look after my grandad. We have been extremely privileged for the help and support the team has provided us over the passed year and a half and the team give all of their support and attention to my grandfather and family to ensure he has a great quality of life and something that I am truly grateful for!

Caring Excellence

Rooted Homecare has been looking after my 92 year old Dad after his stroke for a few years now. It has proved to be a truly bespoke and essential service that is effective, flexible, considerate and very caring. Alex and his carers have gone 'above and beyond' on a regular basis which I am incredibly thankful for. A critical factor in enabling the excellence of their service is the comprehensive, regular, appropriate and timely communication between Alex, carers and myself (and family). Alex and his carers are a lifeline for my Dad from a social and mental health perspective as well - not just from a pure mechanical 'care' perspective. Alex and his carers provide my Dad with a high quality, comprehensive and caring service that I consider to be second to none! Thank you.

The importance of staying independent

Alex and his team have been looking after my mum’s elderly partner for a while now since his stroke. Because of them he has been able to stay in his own home and keep his independence. They are supportive, conscientious, caring, flexible and stay in touch keeping us updated. They so often go over and above. They take away so much of our worry as we know not only is he being looked after so well but he is happy.

We are so lucky to have found Rooted Homecare…

We are so lucky to have found Rooted Homecare to support our dad. They provide truely individualised care to dad meeting his every needs, whether it’s going for a walk or a drive, taking him shopping or to medical appointments and advising when additional medical care is needed.

The care is always provided with the utmost respect for dad and often with a lot of humour as well. Dad is very happy with the support he gets - we carn’t recommend them highly enough.
