Very cool items and very easy to order also for oversea customers

Excellent company, my favorite sweatshirts hands down based on quality, feel, look, and comfort. The only thing that could be improved is shipping, it takes a hot minute to get the clothes in hand. Other than that great.

Been purchasing for quiet a few years now extremely happy with quality. Now some hoddies come q tap bit big but I just go one size down but 10/10

I honestly can’t remember how I first found out about Roots Of Fight but it was a few years ago and since then I have purchased a few of the absolute beautiful designs and top quality well made garments. I have not seen any other brands or clothing brands that are any where near similar and that is a very rare thing nowadays.
ROF in my personal own opinion or a very unique and exciting brand of clothing. It’s not just that the designs are brilliant and that the quality of the clothing is 10 out of 10. It is also the whole ethos of the brand. They champion and support and highlight many different important people whether they or icons or activists, athletes or musicians and so on which I think is great and especially when it keeps someone’s name and memory alive. That is really important and respectful and very cool.
I live in the UK and obviously my purchases come from the USA.
I find the delivery time from making the order to receiving the goods. He’s very good indeed not to be exact, but I think it’s not much more than a couple of weeks. The goods always have turned up in perfect condition and without any problems or issues. The website is very clear and easy to navigate and I think that the cost of the postage and packaging is I fair price. Ordering the products is easy and straightforward too. If you want quality, amazing designs and unique clothing that packs a punch and feel good and look like a cool dude I highly recommend this company.
And just for the record, I am not employed by them. 😂😂😂😂

I have been a fan of this Brand for over a decade and I still look forward for the newest and best artistic designs for legendary athletes. They have awesome customer service and respect the history of sports and have respect from fans.

The quality of the product is just not good. Especially at this price point. I bought a Coltrane sweatshirt that started pilling and coming apart at the seems within weeks. Buyer beware. Do not give Roots of Fight your $$$.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Roots of Fight. I placed an order on December 15th, and more than a month later, I still have not received the item, nor have I ever been given a tracking number or shipping confirmation.

I reached out multiple times through Instagram, email, and the contact form. While I occasionally received brief replies, I never received any real updates or clarity. I was even told the team had emailed me when no email ever arrived. Weeks later, I’m still without the original order, without tracking, and without a clear resolution.

I requested an exchange for a different hoodie, and although I received a confirmation, no one has followed up with next steps or a timeline. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating, especially for a brand I genuinely wanted to support.

I hope they take customer service more seriously moving forward, because this experience has made me reconsider purchasing from them again.

More than 14 business days and I still don’t have my order. I ordered Dec 21. It’s now Jan. 14. And the shipping company said they couldn’t deliver it because my house was inaccessible?! They didn’t even drive by. I’m always here and I have cameras. Leo keeps putting me off even though I paid for shipping protection. Avoid. You’ll never get your order.

Never order from this company, it's a scam. Ordered Christmas presents for my child a month ahead of Christmas. They never arrived. Kept writing to customer service without a response. They finally responded to tell me that they were launching an investigation and wouldn't refund my money until the "investigation was complete." In the meantime, I had no gifts for my kid. Finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.

The sizing and quality of garments is incredibly inconsistent, even within the same collection of items. On top of that the return and exchange policy is absolutely ridiculous. They make it so difficult to do a return or exchange that it feels like unfair business practices where they are intentionally finding ways for customers to not be able to do that.

Outstanding customer service. It is such a relief when one of your favourite brands justifies its ranking by just being brilliant, as well as selling great products. Thank you Leo, you solved our problem and offered a great solution! We love R.O.F!
