No response to emails.... even after you go on their chat and they say they will handle the complaint.. they don't, its just radio silence and inaction.

To explain, I placed my order and the support team were helpful but now I think.. "anything to make a sale!"

I wanted specific herbs and they arranged it however they delivered 7 out of 8.

I can deal with that however when I emailed...twice...both were just ignored.
Last week I messaged and Stephen said he would deal with it however further radio silence.

Need to do better but I doubt they they will.

Following on from my last poor review. The company did come up trumps and sent me plants that doing well.

My veg should have arrived 2 weeks ago. I’ve emailed 3 times and they have not bothered to reply. There’s no phone number. Disgraceful customer service and feeling ripped off!

Poor value. Do you want to pay £9 for four carrots? Or about the same for 3 corn plants? What’s the point of ‘growing your own’ if you pay 3 times the price? I’m waiting for a reply from them. Do check the other one star reviews. Disgruntled and annoyed.
