When I ordered from Roov, I checked the reviews and Trustpilot beforehand as I hadn’t heard of them before. The reviews were positive so I ordered. Since the “thank you for your order” email (over a week ago), I have heard nothing and not had a response to my email chasing status. Coming back to the reviews, they seem to have gone downhill rapidly! Guess I have lost £53.00.
Update: I have checked the Roov website and there is no red text warning of longer lead times on the items in question and your email address has been returned as undeliverable. I wish to cancel my order ref 2427 as I can get the same items next day from Amazon.

Im a Little worried having read the last couple of reviews. Chased my order start of this week and was told it should be dispatched today 12th. No email to confirm this as yet. I'm hoping that they will still deliver in the next 3 days as agreed if not I will contact PayPal to register a dispute.

Bought some vinyls that 2 weeks later still hadn't shipped, got told they were waiting for them to be sent to them from thier other warehouse several times but still no goods dispatched, I don't know how long they think they can fob people off with a copy and paste message for goods over £100, personally I think they are selling items they don't actually have. Taking it further now as you get knowhere with them. Hopefully people will avoid at all cost.

Been waiting for the arrival of my toaster since 18th March now it’s 4th April and It still has not arrived. All efforts to contact Roov have resulted in excuse after excuse. I have requested a full refund but this has not yet happened. I’ve tried calling the “Lines are busy” which is in line will the extremely poor customer service I have received so far. I have no faith whatsoever in this company they have taken my money and failed on all counts to provide my goods and good customer service. I will NEVER use again.

I was pleased to find a DAB radio that I wanted was considerably cheaper with Roov than it was other retailers, so happily ordered.
Delivery was fast, but unfortunately when I opened the parcel the 'quality assurance' seal was torn and there was damage to the box, suggesting that the product had been opened prior to sending.
I tried calling customer services during operational hours but an automated message simply told me that all the lines were busy before disconnecting the call (it didn't give me the option to hold, or leave my details for a call back), and the live response customer contact option on line was also busy. So I emailed customer service, but did not get a reply.
I called again the next day and the phone was answered, the lady on the line advised that she had emailed a response and would resend it. I didnt receive it so asked for it to be sent to another email address. It was finally received here and a free return via Royal Mail tracked delivery was sent to me, which I printed off and posted.
Seven business days after the confirmed delivery, I called customer services as no refund had been received. I was asked to give the tracking number and the representative confirmed that the item had been received and that the warehouse was responsible for processing the refund, but hadn't done so. She advised that she would do it and it would take 3-5 business days.
One week later and still no refund.
I called again today and spoke to a customer service officer, advising her of all of the above. She told me that it would have been her that I had spoken to the previous week, but she didn't remember the call and so I would have to provide the tracking details again.
Once I found them, she confirmed that the item had been received but the warehosue hasn't applied the refund, confirming that she would do it now, and again, I must wait another 3-5 business days.
Roov has had the item for 22 days now and I have had to chase a refund twice.
The only reason 2 stars is given is because the initial delivery was fast, and the free return tracked option available. Had the item been received without the tampering, then I would have been happy with the order and 5 stars given.
Unfortunately, the customer service is friendly but ineffective, and the returns process painstakingly long.

Ordered a third set of the double layered cups as one of the first four broke within two days. However the delivery was superb and the glasses are a really smart compliment to my super duper Nespresso coffee maker. I’m just waiting on the second one breaking. I would buy another replacement.

Great bargain. Arrived promptly and exactly what I wanted… having all the photos of the item really helped ensure I ordered exactly what I was expecting…. My friends are now ordering the same having seen mine out in the garden….. very pleased 😌

Order confirmed by email - was asked to open account to view updates on my order but details not recognised when I went to log in - order not received - had to email them a week ago through the website as there was no other way to contact and received absolutely nothing - thankfully my order protected through PayPal so have received refund but this company is either dodgy or has an extremely poor website and customer service

Ordered an item from Roov.co.uk, said dispatched in 7-10 working days. After 9 days I got an email saying they don’t have it in stock and will issue a refund.
So now i’m stuck having to try and find the item elsewhere at short notice. How it took so long to realise is beyond me. Certainly won’t be using them again.
If the item was in stock it would have been sent sooner the item should have been out of stock and shouldn't be allowed to be paid for until the item comes into your warehouse now you're trying to have a go at a customer well done guys round of applause for bad customer service

One thing to note: Some items do have a longer lead time due to being stored remotely. Make sure you read the description fully to avoid disappointment.

My first time ordering and will never order again, I have emailed twice and tried the live chat and rang the number but can’t get hold of anyone and ignored on every platform I want my money back and I will be logging a complaint to trading standards ordered a kettle as I don’t have one and my order has not been sent out I want to cancel my order and want a refund absolutely shocking that you can do this to people especially when money is very tight at the moment #100108532 this is my order number so want it cancelling and refunding

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering,ordered 2 items one in stock the other 10 working days or 2 weeks in normal terms,not a problem I thought I’ll wait,10 days was up contacted them to be told I should of read that it was 10 days on delivery,hang on check when I ordered it has been 10 days,then receive an email to say the one item that is in stock will be delivered but not the other one,no comment about when/where nothing,I reckon I could make it myself in 2 weeks but that’s another story,anyway I want a refund on the outstanding item,and don’t want a reply about a glitch at your overflow that you push out and promise it will never happen again,lie after lie about on there replies on here,please avoid I’ll no doubt be contacting my bank for the refund.order no 100107666

It’s extremely rare I ever write a bad review. Roov cancelled my order 3 weeks ago claiming to be a pricing error and I would be refunded 2-5 working days. I have emailed them a couple of times and messaged them through their web contact form with no reply at all. I have now had to put in a PayPal dispute to get my money back . Stay away from these thieves . They have my money and are ignoring my emails and messages .
Update 18/2/24:
Still not had a refund and no reply to PayPal case . It’s been 6 weeks and I’m still chasing my money .

I have still not received a refund on the postage.
I placed an order as a first time customer. A day or so later I received an email to say the pricing was incorrect and that they were cancelling the order. Not ideal, but stuff like that can happen. They told me I would receive a refund 2-5 working days from that date. The 5 days had passed and not even an email had come through so I got back in touch. They were apparently having an issue with sending refunds as well which they failed to even let me know about. Another week went on with no update. I decided it was time to try and get my money back through PayPal as I used them to pay. I managed to get the money for the order back but not delivery. Three weeks later I don't have my order and I'm out of pocket. I might as well have just given them my money and walked away. Avoid this company at all costs!
