Rope Source Reviews

I bought this rope to use as a washing line to replace an old plastic-covered wire one that had broken after several years heavy use, and I wanted a more eco-friendly alternative. I haven't used the new line yet, but it looks to be ideal for what I need.

The macrame cord is just what I wanted. A good price and excellent customer service. I will be back!

Nylon Rope, good product quick delivery and easy to use site.

Good product and excellent responsive customer service

I was surprised when I was looking for coloured twine jute rope for a crochet bag project, that the most important store is just in less than a mile from home in Bolton. The price is really good for the great quality. I bought the rope in Mustard yellow and bought a kilo. JAMES responded to all my emails promptly and assisted me. Very good service and I'm buying a different colour for the next bag project. Very happy with my purchase.

Delighted to find a local company producing exactly what I wanted. Helpful receptionist on the phone and my order available two hours later

Excellent service and a bespoke order, which was perfect. Very speedy service. Thank you :).

Good product, fast delivery.

100% cotton rope bought for a clothes pulley. Exactly what I was looking for and quick delivery.

Hi there. I received an item that didn't match your website very well. Did send an email a few days ago but haven't heard back.

Have been looking for this washing line for a while the last one I bought lasted 10years so great stuff

Rope Sourse website was very easy to use and a breeze to place an order.
James Lever manufacturers the best braided cotton rope in the world. This is my forth order to the USA and I'll be ordering again.
The service is fast and correct everytime.

I had been searching for original sash cord for weeks, but was offered only inferior cord with polyester core. Then I found this wonderful company who had just what I needed, Excellent quality, quick delivery. My sincere thanks. I will be ordering again.

Kind regards

David

Rope Source responded quickly to my enquiry. Consequently, I was able to place my order and the blinds are in place.

Great quality twine which looks brilliant as part of the bunting i'm making for my wedding. It really good value for money and was sent super quickly- would definitely recommend. So much nicer to buy from a small producer than from Amazon!!

Prompt efficient service, quickly despatched and an easy to navigate web site. Product exactly as described.

Once again great service and great quality products. One of the ropes I ordered was out of stock but I was contacted immediately and offered a similar replacement, or the option to wait for new stock. I’ve used Rope Source before, and will definitely use again in the future. Highly recommended.

Service & product s second to none - ordered decking rope on a friday & it was with me the following monday. Would have given 5* but the length delivered was 0.5 m shortrr than ordered - contacted Bee & she sent out a replacement straight away - again still slightly shorter but not the end of the world - would def recommend this company
