Ordered a hot tub for £380, no order confirmation, got an email with a confirmation from another site. Emailed 4 times to request order number and then cancelation, called several time (their number isn't connected by the way). Called the bank and they've advised if no item arrives in the next 14 days they will pursue on a consumers rights basis and do a charge back. It's a bit crap just having to wait 14 days for them to do nothing.

My advice email, document and do a charge back. It's amazing that google still hosts them.

⚠️ Avoid Rosgrove – Scam Warning
I paid for a hot tub through Rosgrove.com and immediately after placing the order, the website switched from English to Polish, which was a massive red flag.
Since then, I’ve had no delivery updates, no communication, and no way to properly contact them. I emailed them straight away to cancel the order and request a refund, so I have clear proof I’ve tried to resolve this properly.
They advertise a “30-day free return policy”, but this is completely misleading — you can’t return something you’ve never received. It feels like a tactic to avoid issuing refunds.
If you’ve placed an order with this company, contact your bank immediately and raise a dispute/chargeback.
Very concerning experience — I would strongly advise others to stay away.

Disgusting!!!!! Purchased a coffee machine they have stolen my money. Do not answer messages & emails & the telephone number doesn’t work. Do not use this company

Very impressed with the quality straight out of the package. The fabric feels strong and well finished, and the fit is exactly as described. It sits nicely when worn and doesn’t feel restrictive. Delivery was quick and well tracked.

Absolute scam. I bought a Ninja coffee machine and no confirmation email. ring the number on the website and just rings through to voicemail and email bounces back. I have contacted my bank and the police and hopeful I will eventually get my money back but let's see.

You can tell attention has gone into the details. The stitching is clean and the material feels durable. The fit is modern and comfortable for everyday wear. I’ve already had a few compliments wearing it.

This has quickly become one of my go-to pieces. It’s comfortable, fits well, and still looks great after a few washes. The whole process from ordering to delivery was easy and reliable. I’ll definitely be buying more.

I ordered and paid for a garden shed off these people, cost £179, I emailed a few times asking for an update for a delivery but got no response, rang the number but silence. I clicked on track and put my order number in and my email but it said order not found. I feel sick, im on disability benefits and I feel really angry with them and myself, I rang my bank yesterday and they're investigating

This company website is being used by scammers to sell Lazyspa Tuscany hot tub. Rosgrove/Smiletogo is a scam do not buy. Reported to action fraud

There is a scam where fraudsters have hijacked the clothing website and are 'selling' high value gardening merchandise (sheds, mowers etc) then no delivery and no means of contact. This is a fraud, do not buy anything from this website.

SCAM, avoid at all cost! Purchased a lazy spa £300. No sign of the delivery , no contact, no one answers phone or email.

Funny how all the five star reviews come in together. Anyone can write it great review to promote a scam business. Please, please, please avoid this site

You can tell this isn’t cheap fast fashion. The stitching is neat, the material has a good weight to it, and the fit is very accurate. It also holds up well after washing which is important for me. Ver

Scam. I made a purchase and messaged the WhatsApp number on the website to receive the reply “Rosgrove is a scam. I get 50 calls a day on this number”. Will be seeking a refund via my bank
