I tried to cancel the order before it shipped but they wouldn't honor my request. I was told I could return them once received. Once I received them and tried to return them I was told that it would be very expensive and cheaper if they just refunded me 20%. Haven't seen a dime and my requests for updates have been ignored. This is a definite don't buy.

False Advertising – Not Linen, Wrong Color, Refuses Proper Return
I ordered sheets advertised as 100% linen in a specific color. What arrived was neither — the fabric is clearly not linen, and the color did not match what was shown on the website. Two separate misrepresentations in one order.
When I contacted customer service to return the items per their own return policy, I was told I would have to ship the package to a warehouse in France at my own expense. Instead of honoring a straightforward return, they offered me two options: keep the wrong item and accept a 20% partial refund, or pay shipping again for a replacement. Neither option is acceptable when the fault lies entirely with them.
I have since filed a dispute with my credit card provider on the grounds of item not as described.
This is a very new company with almost no independent reviews. I’m posting this so other shoppers know what to expect before purchasing. The product does not match the advertising, and the customer service response is designed to avoid giving you your money back.

It's not linen. It's synthetic . I'm going through process of refund with consumer protection . Looks nothing like photos is NOT LINEN.

If I could give it a zero star I would.
100% a scam. Do not buy from this company.
I ordered olive colored linen sheets, the product that was delivered was a synthetic fabric, bright green, with white stitching.
Asked for a refund to be told I would have to send them back to France, and they would give me a 20% refund only, because I would get more back than if I sent them back and got a full refund because the cost of shipping is so high.
They provided the return address, which on Google maps appears to be a derelict residential address.
I demanded a full refund, and now they are not longer responding.
I will be reporting them to the social media platforms that they advertise on also.

Colour looks nothing like it dose on there advertising ads sheet appeared very cheep.opened when finally arrived with Chinese stickers on bagging ? Contacted company for a return address , all they tried to do was talk me out of returning items and no return address now they have stoped answering my emails? Wouldn’t deal with this company

Yup, I fell for the ads and did not do enough research! The sheets are like a Walmart quality smooth synthetic type material, nowhere near a natural linen fibre. The 'rust' colour is a bright butter/lemon colour, nothing like the rust colour shown on the website. The grey colour is grey but with white stitching on all hems - looks horrible and cheap. Plus the pricing is outrageous to begin with and turned out to be in US dollars - I'm in Canada so I got hit with a hefty dollar conversion. Again, that's totally my bad. So here I am warning anyone and everyone DO NOT ORDER ROSKIA LINEN SHEETS!!!!

It took a very long time to get the sheets. I finally did today. The website says they are European. Why do they have Chinese symbols on the packaging? They are most certainly not beige. They are a pale yellow.
The sheets are soft, but cheap like dollar store brand.

Sc company. Not only are the sheets poor quality with mismatched thread. They priced one sheet together on two pieces very poorly done. It’s also Noreen the correct colour. It’s a complete scam. Doesn’t reply to complaints or concerns. Contacting my credit card company

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. WE ordered the "beige" sheets. They sent sunflower yellow sheets. They tell me I have to pay to return them but from Ontario to France will cost as much as the sheets. They offered me 20% off (for their mistake). They then said they will send a new set out (but I have to pay for shipping). And who knows, maybe theyll send me another set of sheets they can't sell. Such a scam. Do not buy from here. The sheets are not as soft as they claim to be either.

I bought "beige natural linen" sheets from their site and they were yellow and NOT natural linen at all, and look NOTHING like the photos.

I fell for the ad for Roskia linen sheets. Great story, I fell for it and didn't do my diligence, and bought what was supposed to be high end linen sheets. It took weeks to get the order and when I got it, I received the wrong size and the sheet were definitely NOT linen. They were cheap polyester with bad stitching that frayed with the first wash. I emailed the company many times to process a return since the wrong size was unusable. They never responded. I'm out $130; these sheets are worth $20 at most. Don't fall for their great ad story like I did!

This is not a natural linen as advertised, or linen at all. I waited a month to receive my order and was shipped from China! Not at all what you would expect, low quality. If i could give 0 stars I would. Im not sure how this is certified as manufactured in European Mills. 0/10 do not recommend. Just go to Home Goods and get something nicer than this. Dont waste your money on this scam.

I ordered a set of Linen Sheets from Roskia and received a set of cheap, non linen sheets. They are made from a synthetic material. I paid $120 for these sheets. I asked for a refund and they told me they would give me 25% of what I paid and then didn't even do that. They told me shipping back was my responsibility (to France!) BEWARE!! Do not buy these sheets!!! They are not linen. I was scammed by them and now they won't even answer my emails for request for a refund. Please do not order from this company, they lie about their products.

Total scam! The sheets are cheap POLYESTER! Do not order from them. They are false advertising! SHAME ON THEM!

This company is a total scam. Received sheets but definitely not what I ordered , cheep polyester for linen, and they did not make it clear it was in US$. Shame on you Roskia for not been honest! And I take full responsibility for not doing my due diligence and getting sucked in!!!

I can't believe I didn't due my due diligence and fell for this scam! After watching the tracking for 3 weeks I saw that they were finally being shipped FROM CHINA. I did not know that "100% European flax" and "the fabric is spun, woven, and finished in certified European mills" meant China. I will be returning them upon receipt. Grrrrrrrr....

UPDATE: I have emailed them twice now as per their return policy. I have not had any response.

Original order not clear in US dollars(I’m Australian). Received my sheets today, certainly not linen, they are cheap polyester sheets, so thin that you can see through. The pink is not the pink depicted in the photos, a total rort. Wish I read these comments first, buyer beware.

I ordered their linen sheets and did not initially realize it was in US dollars. I am Canadian. As soon as I noticed- within 4 hours of ordering- I tried to cancel the order. They would not allow a cancellation and in spite of cancelling so quickly I was required to pay the return shipping charges. It took weeks for the shipment to arrive and I a mailed it back unopened. I checked the tracking number and they received it on May 4th but did not refund until I contacted them on May 8th. Remarkably frustrating and poor customer service. Stay away from this company.

I paid $119 US $240 NZ for these awful sheets. DONT buy from them it’s an absolute scam. Not in a lifetime are they French Flax Linen. They are a cheap polyester type material & not Beige like I ordered but a cheap yellow colour. I didn’t want to return them as I don’t believe I would have seen a replacement OR money back. I also would have had to pay for freight to send them back. That would have been more than the sheets are worth. They offered me a 20% refund …..big deal ! I am still waiting for that BUYER BEWARE !! They are a ripoff Company
