I truly love my name-plated gold necklace! You can tell the quality is good too. Also, letters a tiny bit smaller than I thought, but I actually prefer it! It took some time to get to me, but I figured it would.

After getting my name necklace, I bought one for my mom as a surprise and she loves it! Very good quality and shiny! I already want more.

The necklaces are beautiful and very high quality. Shipping however took almost 3 months however customer service was very easy to reach and friendly.

DONT EVER BUY HERE! ME AND MY FRIEND HAVE ORDERED 4 MONTHS AGO AND WE HAVEN’T GOT ANYTHING! We contacted them several times and we always recieved the same answers. They said that the order was missing and that they were going To send us the necklaces again But never heared from them again! Very sad :(

This is my 2nd purchased, previously it’s only took 2 months to arrived. However, for the 2nd purchase it’s took some time maybe due to current circumstances. Purchased in Feb’21 & arrived safely in May’21. Wear its almost everyday & guess what no tarnish at all or any discoloration. Seems like the latest one a bit more thicker compared to previously purchased items. Anyhow i am happy 😃 with the products since beginning

I've actually ordered twice through Rosoki. First time I ordered, it took around 6 weeks to arrive and I initially thought I got scammed as I got confirmation but no tracking. I emailed twice during this time and they said that due to covid, custom orders are taking longer to make/ship. I genuinely thought I got scammed and it finally arrived. This necklace (Capricorn in silver) was really amazing quality, didn't tarnish or discolour. I wore it every single day for the last 8-10 months. Never took it off but one-day it fell off after I was fiddling with it and i lost it at work. I ordered a new one ASAP and it only took a week to arrive. My new one is actually much thicker (better quality I'm guessing). I'm stoked to have it again as it's by far my favourite necklace. The reviews give this company a hit or miss. But in all honesty, your order will either take ages to arrive or straight away. I'm guessing this is due to them having pre made in stock or if they have to make one up custom. They got back to me super fast when I emailed them about how long it took the first order. I've recommended Rosoki To my friend who is buying the same necklace as me so it will be interesting to see how their experience is. Hopefully this company can start getting some more consistency with all of their customer experiences as the reviews are all so different.

I placed and order in April and received my package a month later. Quality of necklaces were great. My daughters absolutely loved them ❤ I was a bit disappointed to be honest though. I was supposed to recieve 3 necklaces and only recieved two. Still waiting on a response, but hopefully everything works out. Other than that I definitely would order again despite missing one necklace.

This company is a joke. It’s been over 5 months and I still haven’t gotten my order. I’ve asked for a refund and they don’t respond to emails. They are literally STEALING YOUR MONEY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.

I ordered 2 necklaces both customized i'm aware it takes time to ship out, but I placed my order March 15 , it's been about 3 months. I've tried tracking it but it only says order placed and I've sent emails and never received any information back. I would just like to know if it's even coming at all.

High quality beautiful jewelry. I absolutely love it. I got one for me and my friend. The shipment came faster than I expected. I got so many compliments already on my necklace.

Pretty jewellry, but the "18k gold plating" is bs. Had two necklaces for two weeks before parts of them turned steel coloured (i never got them wet or slept with the necklaces on). So no, they are not 18k gold plated and they are not tarnish free

I love my anklet and necklace from Rosoki! They took about a month to arrive, but given COVID that is understandable, and customer service was very helpful responding to my email in a timely manner. Both pieces feel like good quality, durable items that will last a while. Great for layering or wearing on their own! definitely recommend!

Shipping did not take long at all. I got two beautiful necklaces and they are both amazing quality! Will 10/10 order from here again!!!

i’ve ordered from rosoki three separate times and had zero problems each time. i received all my orders in a timely manner and was happy with each product. i ordered different customized anklets and necklaces for myself and my bridesmaids and all of us were more than happy with our products. such great quality, too!

I just received them and have only had time to wear/style with one of them. The necklaces are a good length and love the extender with the “R”- nice touch. The downfall (like most are saying) is the shipping; however it is stated that all pieces are made to order and could take a few weeks to make,then ship out. If you combine their guidelines with COVID, common sense means you are gonna be waiting... duh
Overall, for the price, I am pleased. I definitely will be recommending.

My custom necklace is beautiful. However, I made my purchase on February 8th and I just received today which is April 23rd. If they were to improve their shipping this could be a five star business.

I am in love with my necklaces and so are my friends (I have them as gifts from Rosoki) ! I never take mine off and I should shower with it and it hasn’t tarnished or lost its shine, no damage. Plus they are adjustable which is really nice and are a good cost . I definitely recommend for yourself or for a gift.

Great necklaces love them so much!! Communication is amazing aswell! Got a 10% discount code for the wait, which was the only downfall as I ordered in January and received my necklaces in April (4 months). Was worth the wait tho!

I placed the order on February 26th and I just received the order today, april 19th. Definitely don’t expect a quick order/delivery time. But the necklaces are really nice. One downfall is that I ordered 1 with my name and 1 with my bird year to stack them and the one with the birth year is a bigger font than my name. I wish they were the same font. I was also really happy that they had rose gold as an option as it’s hard to find cute jewlery in rose.
