The order took a very long time to arrive but I am very pleased with the product!!! Its exactly what I ordered and the price was great. Would highly recommend to anyone

Love it!! It’s exactly how I imaged it to be, it’s just like the images provided.

Ordered over the summer package wasn’t attempted to be delivered until November when it was lost in transit. I contacted customer service who didn’t respond to me for over a month at the time they just said sorry we will resend. I asked for a full refund as I don’t need these products 6 months later but again no response! Worst customer service by far.

UPDATE:
It’s been 8 months. I repeat 8 MONTHS since I’ve been waiting for my package. It’s just a small necklace and it takes them 8 MONTH+. I get items from Wish shipped quicker. This is honestly ridiculous. I’ve demanded plenty of times for my money back and they give me the same bs excuse. I really don’t want the necklace and since they won’t reply to my emails. They will reply to their reviews.

Terrible terrible company. I ordered a necklace in September and it still hasn’t arrived yet. I kept on asking for details about my package and they keep telling me the same bs excuse, or at times they just don’t respond.

The quality of the necklace is so good and it looks exactly like the picture. My order took about a month and 2 weeks but it was worth it!

if i could give this 0 stars, i would. i ordered in SEPTEMBER 2020 & didn't receive my items until FEBRUARY 2021. customer service was no help either. they just kept reassuring me that they were corresponding with dispatch but wouldn't give me any updates or tracking numbers. i am NOT buying from rosoki again & i suggest you don't either (unless you're okay with waiting half a year)

This is my second time ordering from this website. This order came two weeks faster than the first time. Good quality necklaces as well !!

So i recently put a post up about not receiving them after 5 months and being misrouted 2 times well today I received my parcel open the white bag to find a little brown envelope inside with a big rip in the back and no necklaces at all NOT ONE !!!!! I am furious and they are not replying back to me it would be appreciated if you can email me back for order no 35188 because i have emailed and you haven’t answered but you seem to respond on here !!!!

I ordered back in September and still have not received anything, in the beginning they replied back to my emails and now they completely stopped.

Edit: it took a while to come (5 months) but I like the necklaces and also got a gift ring. The necklaces look sturdy and have a nice shine. Not a bad buy!

When I first opened the packaging was nice and safe. The cursive of my name is perfect and I love the gold because It doesn’t irritate my skin in any way.

Delivery took about 2 months but the neckleces are gorgeous, it was worth the wait. I dont understand people that thinks this is scam....

Very bad experience and customer service. The shipping was very slow and the order arrived after 4 months when the expected duration was 2-5 weeks. Tried to email the customer service but there was no reply after 2 emails, no follow-ups and no getting back to the customers on their issue. Tried Instagram direct message as well and the message was read but no response/replies.

Ordered a customized necklace but the wordings were not engraved as illustrated or described on the website. Instead, it was printed on. Also, the specified wordings were printed wrongly. It was supposed to be a birthday gift last year.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my shopping on this website. They has a very caring and kind salesperson. They managed to resend the returned product due to customs problems. In this respect, they deserve a thank you. I received the product I liked exactly as shown in the advertisement. The shape and color of the product matches with the product descriptions. The packaging of the product was very elaborate. There was no deformation in the product. It turns out that the necklace is original.

It takes to long to be delivered. Since January 5th y got it on January 25th

Got my necklace yesterday and it’s really cute. So far really please with my purchase. I would recommend for a custom gift. Shipping was a bit slow but I didn’t mind the wait.
