I came across roundabout whilst looking for a cot during my Glasgow stay. I live in the Western Isles and was having a baby in Glasgow, this being a bit of a strange circumstance I was booking a cot, unsure when and how long I would need it for whilst I awaited the birth of my baby girl. James was extremely helpful and kind, dropping off the cot to us and coming in to the shop a bit earlier so we could organise drop off before we jetted off back home, he was very flexible and accommodating with dates/times etc. The shop looked beautiful and I hope to return next time I’m in Glasgow for a nosey!

Rented a buggy for a holiday. It was in good condition and a fair price for the week.

Excellent service provided by roundabout. I've used twice now and can say the prams are good quality and always clean. Staff are very friendly and allowed me to extend my rent time slightly when we had a change of plans with no hesitation. Will definitely use again.

We hired the Bugaboo Butterfly stroller for a weekend away with family. Experience was great from start to finish! Easy to book, pick up and drop off. It made travelling with a small car much easier and we didn't have to fork out for a new compact pram. We've already booked for another trip in August!

We hired a bugaboo stroller for our Jet2 flight from Roundabout. Stupidly I booked the dates of the holiday rather than a day before and a day after for pick up and drop off the stroller as we were travelling very early and arriving very late!
The booking process itself is very straightforward on the website and the payment is easy. The prices are clear so no hidden charges etc to worry about.
But when I realised my mistake re the dates a week before the holiday, I panicked and contacted the team. Rajkiran was so helpful, prompt with the response, and easily changed the dates of the booking so I was reassured straightaway.
We received a text TWO days prior to the journey to say it was ready for pick up. That was very efficient and pick up from Merry-Go-Round was as simple as could be.
The stroller was SUPER CLEAN, and in great condition. We were shown how to use it by staff in MGR.
It was perfect for the Jet2 flight, it went as cabin luggage no questions asked.
Drop off was again so simple. Just drop off at MGR.
The whole concept of hiring and reusing something I don't have a need for day to day, makes life so much easier.
We will definitely be using this again in future for our holidays.
