Terrible customer service. I ordered multiple items some of which were not suitable. International returns are not allowed. They promised store credit instead. Dealing with service (AI) over email has been awful. Terrible. Will never buy from this site again and suggest you don’t either.

I initially ordered 3 briefs. Excellent in every way. Then, I ordered a dozen. In the same L size. However they were much smaller than the original ones.

I also ordered L in another design (under a special offer sale) and those were way tighter and very small in the package. Although I loved the initial ones I'm too worried to order given they don't accept returns for obvious reasons.

No one will respond to on email, phone or online chat box. No matter what the website says - they will not take returns. It is ridiculous!

The customer service rep went out of their way to be unhelpful. Their response was condescending, focused more on shutting me down than resolving the issue, and ultimately made me feel blamed as a customer. Also, if you buy it with a discount code or on Black Friday, you are not able to return or exchange the product.

This company exemplifies fraudulent behavior at its finest with their questionable policy. I’ve never experienced anything so blatantly dishonest.

DO NOT BUY!

I placed an order totaling over $400 from this store. Everything went smoothly until delivery. The tracking showed the package as “delivered,” but nothing was at my door. I contacted the mail carrier, who attempted to locate it. After about a week, I was told to reach out to Rounderbum directly.

I explained the situation to them, but they told me they are not responsible for shipping issues or lost packages. They said they would try to file a claim with the delivery company, but when I asked about a replacement or a refund, they refused. I was told again that they are not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged items.

Absolutely unacceptable.

Bought a couple if items from them. The underwear is fine and so far it’s in good shape. Giving them 3 stars because their customer service is awful. The package got here super late (nearly a week after the promised date) and their fully AI service is completely worthless. They got back to me one day after I actually received the purchase, how convenient.

Once out of the box, all four products were disappointing. Everything I bought came in awe-inspiring packaging. I can only guess that is where they invested more.
There are no returns with this company. Their customer service number will cut off on the first ring. They have AI-generated email responses that don't make any sense. The exorbitant prices are just ridiculous, and the technology jargon associated with some of their products is not proper. I will never shop or recommend buying anything from them.

What a scam. I ordered a couple pairs of these via The Shopify app at my usual size. I get them after they shipped really slow. I put them on and they’re really tight. I guess their sizes are a little smaller. So I contact their “support” who basically come back with “due to health regulations we can’t take it back. But here’s a discount code to buy more.” Mind you these are already horrendously overpriced and their “discount” for their poor descriptions and store development is only 10%. I am not ordering anything from this scam and neither should anyone else. You can find better options, better support for less almost anywhere.

I've order through this company before, and everything came sized appropriately. When I went to order a swimsuit of the same size, it came completely different. Contacted the company for a different size or refund. They claimed they don't have any other size (most likely because they are trying to get rid of the products where there were complaints). I've requested a return label, and they continue to deny it. I've requested for a phone number or manager, and they continue to ignore my requests.

Quality is very poor. Customer service is abhorrent.

Beware of Rounderbum's predatory return/exchange policy and welcome offer!!

I purchased multiple items on their website rounderbum.ca (Canada). Rounderbum offers new customers a 10% off discount in exchange for the customer's email address and automatic newsletter subscription. However, the website fails to mention anywhere during the purchase process that this welcome discount nullifies any chance of exchange or return. This is because Rounderbum considers the welcome discount a final sale promotion, which means EVERY ITEM in this first order cannot be returned or exchanged. Honestly this pissed me off!

As said on the chat of their website - Hugely dispointed.
Really late answers time, and no care of the order process, especially in the International (I live in France)
Reached them each day to make them now that an issue occured with my order. Also that the local Postal service I called in France could do nothing on their side and couldn't locate it, but they just ignore my messages related to the issue. A huge Deception on my side.

I won't lie. I am really, really disponted, as they are not carrying at all, even if you reach them all days.
If you're interested on their products, maybe you should give it a try - But I won't honestly take the risk again, as you may never receive it, and they don't mind about it.
