They keep getting my review removed
They keep getting my review removed. Which shows they are not trustworthy. Plus my experience was shocking. And products are rubbish.

I bought the patches I find they don work…
I bought the patches I find they dont stay on all night! I dont know if they have to be on all night to work, have left them on for a couple of hours during the day i see no change at all!!

Thank you for taking the time to share this and I'm sorry the patches haven't delivered for you yet. I'd genuinely love to turn this around, as what you've described is very fixable.
A couple of things that should help straight away. First, they don't need to stay on overnight, 2 to 3 hours is enough for the micro-tips to do their work, though overnight is a great option if it suits you. So you're not doing anything wrong there.
On them not staying put: adhesion almost always comes down to the surface underneath. The skin needs to be completely clean and dry, no moisturiser, oils or serum, and the patch pressed straight down and held for a few seconds, rather than slid or repositioned. That small change usually solves the sticking entirely.
And on results: the MicroPatch works cumulatively, not from a single wear. A couple of hours once or twice won't show much, it's consistent use over a few weeks, on the same concern, where the difference in the look of the skin starts to show.

Does not stick. I’ve wasted three sets and they just fall off. Rubbish
Edit* will try again. I don’t wear makeup and my skin was bare. I’ll hold for longer and see how it goes.

Thanks for the honest feedback, and I'm sorry the patches haven't been staying put for you. Three sets is a lot to go through, so let's get to the bottom of it.
Most of the time, sticking comes down to one thing: what's on the skin underneath. These patches need bare, completely dry skin to grip, so anything left on the surface, moisturiser, oils, serums, even a little sweat or residue, stops them from sealing properly and they'll lift.
Here's the method that gets them to hold:
1. Start with clean, fully dry skin. No product, no moisturiser, no oils on the area.
2. Peel off the backing and place the patch straight down onto the spot.
3. Press gently but firmly and hold for a few seconds, don't slide or reposition it, just press and let it seal.
That firm press is what activates the grip, so it's worth taking those extra few seconds with it.

Great products
I have been using the wand and serum for one week on my acne flare up. A large cystic bump that would usually take weeks to go down and redness to reduce has gone down in one week. I've tried so many products recently to combat this and was a little apprehensive but I'm glad I bought this and would highly recommend. Shipping was also super quick!
