We consulted Rosen Rose regarding the mis-selling of solar panels. The process was very straightforward, and they forwarded us a pack requiring lots of information which was easy to hand regarding solar production and billing. Any information that we did not have they undertook finding this through our energy suppliers.
They were extremely persistent, but this ultimately ended up in us receiving a total refund for our system and keeping the system. This was a great outcome. I can highly recommend Rowan Rose.

Rowan Rose won my claim for mis-sold solar panels. I wasn't going to bother about the letter that was posted to me but I came across it when I was sorting out some paperwork and thought I'd give it a go as I had nothing to lose. I'm glad I did. The remainder of the loan was written off, I keep the solar panels and still get my feed-in tariff. I also ended up with a lump sum of over £1400. What a fantastic result! Rowan Rose kept me in the loop at all times. I highly recommend them.
