Rowebb Ltd Reviews

Great customer service! Super efficient delivery!!

Both people I spoke to on the phone were friendly and very helpful. It was easy to discuss the product required and the options available and to help, a stock check was done, so I could order the product required.

Order made Monday afternoon for a pallet full of material and it arrived Tuesday morning. Material was required quickly too, so the turn around was fantastic. Hallam Express were the delivery company and the driver both contacted before arriving and was very friendly and helpful on arrival, getting the pallet as close to the required delivery point as possible.

A great experience on the whole!!

Great service and knowledgable suppliers.

Guys in Broxburn also very helpful with my order and definitely coming back in the future.
Thank you!

Pleasant helpful staff. First time been at the Inverurie to use Rowebb, won't be the last.

Good communication after my order, followed up by quick delivery of the product from another site for my collection.

This is the second time that I have used this company in the last couple of weeks. Excellent customer service from Nicola who sorted out my urgent order and put it on a next day delivery service. Very good quality products as well.

Excellent customer service called to make sure I had submitted correct delivery option.

Rowebb was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from the easily navigated website, simple payment system and the delivery communication. The product received is exactly as described on the website and their own driver went above and beyond to get my delivery as close to my property as possible. Very happy with the company and the product. I have no hesitation in highly recommending.

A excellent service from start to finish

Easy to navigate website. Excellent communication after purchase and fantastic after sales service from Nicola in the Glasgow Depot. Highly recommend.

Swift response

Easy to deal with, quick response and quick delivery

The rendering products you provide are really good to work with for someone that is a novice undertaking a DIY project.

The Inverurie store is the closest to me for collecting the online orders. I must say that the team there are absolutely brilliant.

When visiting Inverurie Roweb, I spoke to Nicola about my DIY project and was given fantastic advice and guidance. Nicola clarified a number of things that I was unsure of and her guidance meant my project was a success. I was also helped to load the order in my car by her colleague who was also very helpful. I am genuinely grateful for what was exceptional service overall.

I have a good amount of work left to do on other parts of my house and will definitely use Roweb Inverurie again. I will also highly recommend this service to friends and family.

The girl I spoke to "Rachel" was quite knowledgeable and made it easy for me to order online
The down side to this was the delivery cost of £60 this seemed excessive

Broxburn depot service is friendly and helpful.

Excellent standard of customer service, definitely go above and beyond, quality and prices also excellent

Really easy to order, always helpful and very knowledgeable.

I made a mistake with my order and Nicola sorted it out within minutes. Thank you.
