Excellent customer service!
What customer service!! I called to ask about the render on my cottage, as I was unsure if the correct type had been put on and John Walker was quite simply brilliant! Explaining the process and even taking a call after close of business! Thank you again! AnneTS

John Walker - a star
I can't thank John Walker from the Glasgow Branch enough for all the help and advice he gave me. Over two days this week I've bombarded him with more than a dozen telephone calls and every time, even though he must have been fed up talking to me, he always answered right away and was extremely helpful and considerate especially given my total lack of knowledge.
