Great to play and a plethora of games to choose from!

*Edit* So as you can see I was very upset with roxymoxy and although the experience did not go how I originally expected. After they had seen my issues and concerns. I will say they did turn around and eventually follow up with me and get my account back opened, verified, and sent my redemption with no more issues.

Absolutely horrible experience. So I am a consistent player online with these casinos and I heard about roxymoxy and gave it a try. So from day 1 it has been just a horrible experience. It had started with the verification process I had completed the process with all correct documentation and submitted them. It was at this point that I was randomly denied verification although I know everything was entered 100% correct and accurate. From there its really just been a upsetting disgusting experience. See I have $100sc on my account and was looking to redeem it instead they denied my verification. Ignored all messages sent about the issues on there live chat, I had reached out via email and had received nothing but dragged on excuses to push the issue away I have submitted now 4-5 different sets of my bank info and then as recently as 2 weeks ago I had finally got a message back again and they now requested October's bank statement I immediately had sent that in as well like all the other times and now the last thing I have heard was a message stating to please be patient. Roxymoxy had basically stolen my money locked me out of my account and just all around ripped me off with no accountability or issue at all to fix the problem. This is a horrible platform and I hope no one gives them a chance.

I’ve won twice with this platform. The redemption can vary but they have revised the redemption process. Roxy Moxy is legit!!

I won same day I made my account and way paid my winnings 2 days later which was awesome..this is also really fun casino with great games and very easy redemption process. I'm glad I decided to play here this casino is now one of my daily play casinos.

Been almost a month now, with still no fix to my problem: I bought many packages, played through 250/350SC on the game fishin' bear. Checked my redeemable and said 250, okay cool. I come back the next day, play the rest of the 100SC, check redeemable and it says 0... odd. So I play like 30sc more, check redeemable and it says 1.35 LOL. They only have a 1x playthrough requirement, so it seems like its just a bug in their system. There is no live support and their email support is useless AI responses. Been almost a month now that I have not been able to redeem. Other people leave good reviews, so don't think it's a scam, but with such bad support, with no end in sight, I guess I will just have to contact my CC company to get my money back if this isn't resolved soon. I will gladly change my review if you get a move on and fix my problem. It shouldn't be that hard to check my playing history and correct the error manually to allow me to redeem.

Purchased a coin package (great deal btw), started playing and it was one of those times when everything was in sync. Redemption process was easy , especially for a weekend. This seems to be one of the straight shooter casinos. I’ll follow up once the cash is in hand but I’ve no reason to doubt it.

I'm waiting on my redemption idk how long it's suppose to take but it's 11/1 and I've been waiting since 10/29 if I get it soon I'll update the review most casino games Ive played don't take that long to redeem but I've noticed these new ones I've been playing are taking forever

happy to say it is totally legit and had no problem winning on the slots but had to wait over a week before my winnings were deposited into my account that's the only thing I didn't like about it but they were deposited so I'm going to keep playing

Great games with good effects the only thing is there is a lag/time out at times then my coins or SC will be way lower than it was befor it happened.
