I bought the plugin for one of my websites last November. Everything was fine until I tried the shop widgets. They're missing features, and the filters don't work correctly. I wrote requesting a refund. They told me that refunds are only possible within the first 30 days of purchase. And yes, of course, but it's impossible to test all the widgets and features in less than 30 days. They also didn't offer any solutions to my problems.
In short, I lost my money. I had to buy a plugin from another company.
A terrible experience!
