Service/delivery excellent. Product great. The only slight negative is the quality of the cushions. We have another identical set bought 10+ years ago, which incidentally is still as good as new, but the cushions on the new set have definitely been down graded. Not nearly so good - cost cutting at work here! In my opinion, it would be better to charge a bit more and have the better quality. Otherwise, perfect, especially the driver who delivered it ... service with a smile, despite having been on the road since the early hours of the morning. I hope he is well remunerated!

We had purchased your garden furniture via Robert Dyas but were having trouble finding cushions. I then looked on line and found you. So ordered them from you direct and are very pleased with them. Thank you.

I ordered six cushions - two of which were slightly soiled, and may have been returned at some stage or ex-display. I raised this with the company, and they immediately offered a full refund for the two cushions, which I accepted. They also despatched the order in good time. Overall, I am very pleased with the cushions, and with the service I received.

Great service before my delivery and a great product when it arrived. Was adding to another table set I’d bought over 10 years ago. That one is still going strong so I hope the new one is as good!

Good quality seat covers, exactly fitted our existing furniture. Colour was also a great addition to our kitchen design.

We bought some furniture some years ago they have been out in all weathers never rusted etc so when we needed more we looked at the emblem and ordered more so comfy never had chairs like them would av liked to test the other products liked another but was double the price

When we ordered our gazebo, we was told it wasn’t in stock until a certain date. Well it arrived in stock a week or more earlier than expected and we had it delivered before the date it was meant to be in stock.

The communication and service we have had is well above the rest.

The quality of the gazebo is excellent, well made and very sturdy. I will shop here again when looking for some more stuff for the garden.

I was not notified of when delivery was going to be due as I was promised.

Fortunately I was home when the item was delivered, but equally I could have been away on holiday which would have caused complications regarding the delivery

The product's good, but I was lead to believe it was going to be a Royal Garden Set to match one I already have but it although it looks similar it appears to be manufactured with a different brand

Very good delivery service - personal calls rather than remote emails.

Simple enough website to manoeuvre but entry time is unclear - is this to the grounds or specifically for the house? Bear in mind they tell you AFTERWORDS that you need to arrive 30 minutes before the chosen time to get from car park to house

Looking good only wish the weather was better so we could sit outside.We already have a 4 seater Savoy set so we were very pleased to be able to match this set with our existing set.

I am very happy with my chair cushions, they fit perfectly and were well packaged.
The only improvement I would suggest to the delivery process is an indication of lead times on the final receipt. Apparently it is on the website, but I missed it, so a reminder on the receipt would give some clarity
