My data was affected by a confirmed cybersecurity incident at Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, which operates Royale Lounge. The company's own final response confirmed that name, address, date of birth, transaction history, eKYC results, PEP and sanctions screening data, CCJ data and credit score information were all held in the affected environment.
Despite this, my compensation claim was rejected outright, with the company relying solely on the absence of confirmed exfiltration or financial loss — ignoring that UK GDPR (Article 82) allows compensation for distress and anxiety alone, without needing to prove financial harm or misuse.
I spoke to Alex in the Compliance team about this, who I found unhelpful — no meaningful engagement with the points raised, just a restatement of the company's position and a referral to eCOGRA.
No goodwill gesture, no proactive compensation, no meaningful acknowledgement of customer distress. I was simply told the matter was closed.
I've rejected their final response and this is now proceeding through the Small Claims Court. If your data has been exposed by this company, I'd urge you to read their final response carefully before accepting it — the wording downplays the scope of what was actually confirmed as affected.

Avoid Royale Lounge. I’ve been locked out of my account for 11 days because their password reset system is broken. Despite contacting support daily, I get nothing but scripted "relevant team" excuses.

I filed a formal complaint and they said they would get back to me within 2 working days,that deadline has passed with total silence. It is unacceptable for a UK-licensed operator to hold funds and block access for nearly two weeks due to a basic technical glitch.

Its a scam £800 down - pay outs seems low. Stay clear. Use site like Vet Victor - a lot safer and higher lay outs

It's a big SCAM. Please don't use this site. The customer service is never helping. Site is lagging they display being set 1 and it's actually end of match and the other player is winning. And when you ask to raise a complaint it looks like it's forbidden, tried few times to logg a complaint and ur was impossible. I will report all this to the gambling authority cause the sill my money.

I wanted to try out their Live Games so registered late November. I managed to make a return on 20p Roulette. It started out too fast not giving enough time to place bets but I figured out a way to configure it to give me more time to place bets. Keeping my winnings to try their Sportsbook on some epl games in December. I can't comment on withdrawal process for now. Will update review when I hopefully have a big withdrawal ready. Overall experience and support great.
