Royal Trip Reviews

Excellent service will definitely use again

The customer service delivered by Mr Kevin who attended to me over the telephone was very heart warming and professional. His commitment to fetche me what I needed at that point was excellent. I would always come back and reccomend people to this agent because of their excellent services.

Kevin has done an outstanding job in helping us sort out our travel! We highly recommend his service!

Travel agent Mr keven was very help full and good when I bought ticket from him.
Over all I will give him ☆☆☆☆☆.

Before receiving this request for feedback I had already sent an email thanking Kevin for his efficient speedy and friendly service. He understood perfectly what was important to me and where I could be flexible. I was very impressed with how speedily he arranged flights that met my requirements. Also important was his patience and courtesy when dealing with an older person like myself who is not familiar with booking and paying over the internet. I would happily recomend friends and relatives to make Kevin their first port of call when making travel arrangements as well as rebooking via him myself.
