I researched all the various different companies and decided to go with Royal Tubs as they had amazing reviews. Contacted by email and they were so helpful so I decided to purchase my hot tub from this company. And it was the best decision I ever made. The day the hot tub arrived The two delivery gentlemen kindly help me place it into the position. Since it’s been installed, we’ve probably used it nearly every day. It’s so quick to warm up and easy to maintain. I would strongly recommend using this company. I’ve also given the detail details to several of my friends who are very impressed with the hot tub.

We ordered two wood-fired hot tubs from Royal Tubs for our Airbnb, and from start to finish the service was excellent. We were working to a tight deadline and needed them quickly — the team understood this and arranged prompt delivery without any fuss. The tubs arrived in perfect condition, and our guests absolutely love them. Great communication, reliable service, and a quality product. Highly recommended!

Fabulous product and service - the best

Thank you Robin and the team at Royal tubs. An excellent product and fantastic service. My kids love the tub and are in it almost everyday.

Robin in sales kept us informed throughout. The delivery guys were excellent, patient and hard working, as we/they had to remove and rebuild a fence via next doors garden. Despite the fact they'd already been on the road since the early hours when they got to us, after delivering to Scotland, they were patient and took their time, ensuring our hottub was set up in place perfectly. We've had almost a year now and no issues, highly recommended. Plus built in UK, which is a Brucy Bonus in this day and age.

We purchased our Hot Tub from Royal Tubs after alot of investigation, we found them very helpfull good to deal with, the delivery team were great and the after sales service was very good. We shopped around forever looking for the right hottub. What swang it for us: the great customer service and delivery to final installation site being "no problem at all"...

Other companies said they would deliver to curbside and good luck.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Robin was fantastic during the sales journey and the guys installing did a great job.

No issues with the hot tub since purchase - works really well for us (wood burner & electric) and had a lot of positive comments from friends and family.

Following sending them an enquiry, we were welcomed to their showroom where we were shown various options including expert recommendations. Following placing the order, delivery & installation was very quick, despite not being an easy area to get to.

We purchased 6 tubs from Robin for our Glampsite, we had a few issues along the way but Robin made sure everything was put right. Robin is honest, very approachable and goes the extra mile to look after the customer, (i am not an easy customer to please) i would highly recommend Royal Tubs and I are please to have these great products at Thompson Hall Retreat.

I had been looking a long time and done a lot of research into a wood fired hot tub. A friend had recommended Robin as they had already purchased one from him. After speaking to Robin I was no long confused about what I needed. His knowledge and help was fantastic with every question I asked responded to immediately. The tub came as promised. Delivered by two very helpful and friendly guys. When I put it together the quality far surpassed what I was expecting. We had it up and running in no time. I was amazed how well it was insulated as it lost 3 degrees over a cold night. Still 39 degrees in the morning. If you are looking for a wood fired hot tub look no further than robin and his team. Royal hot tubs supplied my wood fired tub last year, I have been totally satisfied, one of my best buys. Robin and staff were very helpful and informative, I had a slight issue but their technition came and rectified the problem within a few days, would certainly recommend this company.

Robin at Royal Tubs couldn't have been more helpful. He gave gave invaluable advice before we purchased, was really accommodating as we organised delivery, and then gave excellent support and help after we'd installed the hottub, answering various queries about cleaning and getting the fire stoked etc. The wooden hottub we purchased is fantastic; and the internal stove we chose is very efficient. Very happy all round.

We purchased a wood-fired tub from Royal Tubs. Great product, great service including everything related to the delivery and install. There was one minor bit of damage that happened during the unloading - but was quickly put right with no issues. It is summer, but the water retains the heat a lot more than we expected. It’s generally still plenty warm enough for a “breakfast dip” the following day. We’ve had electric hot tubs in the past, and much prefer this experience. A bit of planning needed to get it warmed up, but you soon tune into how it works. We’ve found that stirring in a small quantity of eco spa granules keeps the water pretty clean and clear for a few days of use. Thanks again team, great job!
