The entire process was seamless
The entire process was seamless. I needed a container with extras and Sharon did everything to make sure that I had what I wanted. It was ordered and within such a short time frame it was being delivered. The delivery driver was amazing! and the placement of the container on the property was the best I had ever seen. Well done to the team for their outstanding service.

As I was a first-time customer and completely unsure how to arrange a shipping container I was relieved by the help I received from Lisa Nelson.
Lisa was very understanding and really made the process seamless. For that reason I don't have any suggestions other than to be patient and don't rush new customers because we don't know the ropes like most.

I was unable to unlock my container as…
I was unable to unlock my container as the padlock was faulty.
I called Royal Wolfe, who came to the place of storage within the hour.
Unfortunately, there were not able to access my container either, But came back the next day and rectified the problem.
