My order arrived cracked
My order arrived cracked. I took pictures and sent it to support but haven’t received a response. I’m not happy whatsoever with the lack of attention given to customers once an item has been purchased.

First impressions
The communication during the build was good and the final product is beautiful. Would suggest improvements to the assembly support. An narrated video wasn’t very helpful

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Not only was my item delivered from Vietnam and I kept getting charged fees I was not made aware of, but this item is not as described. It’s not like a tree branch at all and is in centimeters not inches!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. MISLEADING.

I have mixed emotions about the product. The product examples doesn't represent the final product well. I also wasn't too thrilled about the changes because you can still see where they tried to correct it and didn't do a very good job. I do like the vanity dispite the mess ups

The chair I ordered is a beautiful…
The chair I ordered is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. There was a misunderstanding about the custom size I had ordered, but when I pointed it out when I got the preliminary photos, the chair was redone no problem. It was sent packed very carefully in two sturdy cases and it arrived in excellent shape.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, good communication sturdy piece of furniture. My only complaint is that the "stain" looks more like a paint then a stain. So there's no natural wood grain showing at all. I was hoping for a stained piece, not a painted wood mantel.

I have been EXTREMELY frustrated w/Roy…
I have been EXTREMELY frustrated w/Roy Timber and needing to continuously follow up w/them about a piece that I ordered more than 2 months ago and I have still not received my item. I continuously need to follow up w/them, particularly w/the shipment of the item as they don’t seem to make sure the item is being sent properly. It has become VERY frustrating as a customer to need to have to deal w/this specially also considering the price of the item. This has still not been resolved to date. Not sure I would recommend Roy Timber.

Do Research Before Buying
I wish I had done research before my husband and I spent over $3K on a dining room table, cause I would have never purchased from them. This whole process has been disappointing to say the very least. Response times are subpar and we are going on 7 weeks since we purchased. It wasn’t until we emailed them, a few times, (several weeks from purchase date) about the process update that they promised to do along the way. While they are very kind in their communication, it’s really suspicious at the lack/delay in responses. We have been beyond patient with this company because the table we ordered is supposedly near completion, but if I could go back and do this all over again I would not have chosen Roy Timber.
