Very annoyed, went and had my phone checked over before I sent it off, no issues with the cosmetics of the phone whatsoever. Perfect screen with not one single chip or scratch. Sent it to this company; while I accept there we’re some slight battery issues made worse by sitting idle for a few weeks, they claimed chips and scratches that were DEFINITELY not there when it was sent. I have accepted the offer just because this process is long and I want it over and done with now but definitely wouldn’t recommend and neither me or family/friends will be using in the future.

Waste of time. Arranged to sell my old iPhone 7 for £200, it was in perfect working order & in very good condition. Once the company recieved the phone they told me they could only offer me £160 because of some small silver specks on the back of the phone. I rejected their offer & sent it to Music Magpie instead who gave me £198 with no complaints of silver specks.

Was promised payment within 48 hours after calling the customer service line. No payment received or follow up notification after 48 hours. Extremely poor service.

Poor customer experience
I kept getting told for the last 2 weeks my payment is on the next run, still waiting now.

Very easy to sell item. Every stage went quickly and smoothly, until the last email which said I would receive a payment email within 24 hours. I didn’t receive one for over a week. A quick phone call and received cheque the next day. So apart from a last blip very happy with price paid and process.

Promised £170, but was offered £90.50 because of a small crack. A minuscule crack was in the corner, barely noticeable and not visible in the actual screen display. I tried to query this but haven't got anywhere thus far... I would not use this company again as things stand as I really don't see the justification of half the value.

I have had a bad experience with the company, they offered me 20% less for a small mark on the corner which was noted, I had e-mails ignored on 2 occasions and it taken them over a week to pay out! Not impressed and would NOT recommend.

Sent phone and made sure i took photos to show in good condition. Wrapped perfectly with padding, in a box and in a Jiffy envelope. When the assessors received the phone, it had miraculously incurred 'deep scratches' on the screen and 'damage' to the casing. None of which was present when the phone was sent. Reduced my offer from £94 to £66...absolute con artists. Go to Mazuma Mobile instead....honest and reliable, not like this mob....UPDATE...Sent same phone to Music Magpie and they paid FULL price, with same day bank transfer

Initial contact with the company via their website was straightforward. A prepaid envelope was received within an acceptable time. However, I received notification that the phone met all their criteria and I would receive the full amount within 24 hours but this has not happened. One week after this I have received emails asking for a review but still no money. So here is my review.
Pay up or return my phone so I can sell it to a company that does what it says.

I strongly suspect this site is a racket as they offer the highest price when you search for offers, then when you send the phone in they ‘revalue’ it. The handset I sent was in excellent condition (I took photos just in case) but they ‘revalued’ it and offered a substantially lower amount, saying it was scratched and had been dropped. It hadn’t, it was a definite 9/10. Just have to wait for my handset back now so I can sell it for a fair price and not get taken advantage of.

The transaction was all going really well until it was time for them to make the payment to me. They received my phone on Friday and it was all approved and the amount they quoted was agreed on Tuesday morning. I got an email at 8.33am on Tuesday morning to say I'd get an email within 24 hours telling me when I will receive payment. No email was received by Wednesday morning so I called and chased it up, bank details doubled checked and all seemed in order so the man I spoke to couldn't work out what was wrong but would call me back. No call back received so I called again just before 5pm but no managers about to sort it out so I called this morning and was told that that there was a problem with their automated payment system and accounts would have to do the payment manually. This was done within the hour. So although not same day payment as advertised I eventually got my payment after 3 calls and an email 48 hours after they approved my phone. The payment issue seems to be a theme amongst these feed backs so if they get that sorted they'd get better reviews

I have been waiting over a week for my payment and I have still not received it.

Sent phone in last week. Company had my phone on the Thursday accepted reduced payment offer and still waiting on my payment. Emailed in and told system error and would be paid in 24 hours - still waiting on payment and now its end of the day wednesday. Not a good experience and wondering if i have been scammed.

Still waiting for money.

Phone was accepted Monday afternoon and money promised Tuesday am. Rang Tuesday PM and was told definitely be in by 5pm. 5pm came and went and still no money, it's now midday Wednesday and no sign. Don't use this company.

Quick responses right up until payment. My phone passed its inspection on 21.02.19 and I’m still waiting for my money. Not happy

Not a good experience! 2 days after I had received acknowledgement that RPC Recycle had received my device, I received another email to say there was an issue with my device (SIM card tray missing??), accepted reduced offer, still did not receive payment for a further 4 days and only after contacting RPC (delay due to system error)! Will not use again and would not recommend.
