The power is so strong and you can feel the burn in your upper body after 20 seconds. A great way to quickly warm up the arms and wrists for yoga.

The product works well and is unlike other gyro exercisers. It uses both hands and does give a really good workout in the forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulders, and a little bit on the chest. I like the feature that lets you see your max RPM's and I really like the fact that it charges itself as you use it. I use mine daily and I have never once had to charge it in 2 months or more. I do think that they could have used stronger materials in its construction though. It is made out of plastic so DO NOT LET IT FALL! I imagine that if this fell, it would break. Most plastic gyros do when they fall. As for the price, I do think that it is really expensive for what you receive. I do admit that it is unique, and unlike all others on the market. It has this going for it. I just imagine they could easily sell it for $100-150 and that would be a fairer price. Overall, I would buy it again because the pump is really good and it helps my shoulder feel better with use. So I guess I can't complain too much. It's just that $270 dollars is pretty ridiculous!

This product is expensive but worth the money in my opinion. It delivers an effective workout in a short amount of time. It can take a while to learn how to use this properly but when you're in the groove you can really feel a significant stimulus in the muscles. Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd gyro product I got from rpmpower and I hate to say but it was underwhelming compared to the 2 other I got. This is mainly because it felt like just another gyro ball in a different shell. Even my wife who uses it say it’s kinda of weak as it doesn’t generate enough force to cater for 2 hand use. I wished it came with higher force.
