RS Alloy Refurb Reviews 

Dropped my Vehicle off at 08:00 and collected it at 17:00 with all five 16” wheels fully prepared and powder coated in black. Great service at a great price.

19” alloys refurbed back to new condition. Every bit of damage had been removed from the alloys, not one rough part missed on any wheels. Coated perfectly, looked like they did when I bought it new. And a good price to match, car turned around in the same day.

Booked in for 4 tyres but because the lad could not be bothered going the extra mile he refused to do the job.
Ive came home and removed all the "cross threaded or siezed bolts" and all they needed was a bit of copper slip!
And someone has keyed my car there too.

Had small area of Mercedes diamond cut alloy damaged- the car was only a few months old so wanted it back looking pristine.
They did a great job at a fair price I was happy to pay. Just hope I don’t need to go back too soon!

Booked my Range Rover in for all 4 calipers painting red & smart repairs on 3 of my alloys had a phone call telling me that smart repairs aren’t guaranteed so have full said yes no issue didn’t realise they offered loan wheels until Iv had to complain had to leave my car 3 days with them wasn’t once offered pick up / delivery service I now see they state they offer loan wheels . Upon dropping the car off spoke to a man in the first garage to tell me to drive further up and drop it with the man at the next one to which there was no one there so go back down to the first one again no one there ! Go back up and eventually find someone who asked which wheels I wanted doing ect told him he looked all ok . When collecting my car noticed the calipers were terrible painted looked like it had all run and they’d just painted over it multiple times ! When I questioned this they said it was due to rust on my calipers they then went on to say they didn’t get this off or anything literally brushes it with a wire brush and whatever rust was there is painted over resulting in bubbly thick look . I explained if I had been told this beforehand I would of never had them done after speaking to 2 different people they basically said they wouldn’t re do them as they don’t remove the rust so they’d look no different but they wouldn’t charge me for the calipers fair enough they didn’t charge me but still wasn’t the outcome I wanted I’d of rather paid for calipers done correctly . By this time it was getting late I took the car home and was looking round it with my dad to notice one of my alloys that had been painted had loads of marks where they’ve taken the wheel off tried calling them but they were closed so emailed them straight away to be told bring the car and if it’s faulty we will re paint it and give me loan wheels so I wasn’t without my car again drove another 50 minutes back to the repair centre explained what the issue was right away I got “ no no we haven’t painted that wheel “ I explained they had as that was the one I had marked wouldn’t let me get a word in very rude and abrupt refused point blank to re paint the wheel I asked to speak to someone else explained I wasn’t happy to be told “ your speaking to me “ I said well there must be someone above you no just me . Kept repeating himself saying they’d not done it they don’t use tools to put wheels back on ect all while a guy come and got the tool off him to put someone’s wheel back on with it and he then put my back one back on with it so clearly do use it ! Kept going round in circles point blank he wouldn’t repair it blamed the people who had changed my tyre ( there was no marks here until this company “ painted my calipers and alloys !) you could clearly see they’d done it by taking the wheel off . He then said he would only do a smart repair I said well I don’t really have a choice do I asked how long a smart repair takes he said a hour , took him about 10 mins ! He kept saying “ it won’t last smart repairs don’t last “ so if your thinking of having a smart repair id not bother !!! Then got a email this morning to say take the car back they would paint it when I asked why they didn’t just say that yesterday she changed it to “ the damage has been caused by a previous smart repair “ Iv had the car about a year and half never had a smart repair contacted the garage today I bought it from and they confirmed they had a full repair before I bought it not smart !!!! It was 100% caused by RS wheel refurbishment !!!! From the start of even dropping the car off I found it nothing but stressful . Office staff lovely .Other then that Staff are very
rude , abrupt & argumentative!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS GO ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a pair of tyres from blackcircles and delivered to rs alloys arrived at the due time tyres fitted and balanced and a first class service thank you

Great service, fair price and they did a terrific job on my wheels which were in a mess when I dropped them off.
The company kept my vehicle over 4 days (in a secure yard). They were unable to lend me any due to the size which was fine.

All the staff were very friendly and professional especially Dave and Nick who were clearly very experienced with refurbishing wheels. My vehicle was ready for collection when Dave said it would be. Excellent.

I felt in good hands from the moment I first contacted this company all the way through to picking up my vehicle. My wheels look great now and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Second time with rs alloys quality workmanship on my mondeo alloys Peter martin

They said wheels would look as good as new they have rough bits on inside. They said would only take 2 weeks, they took 3 weeks. They absolutely ruined centre caps which were new. They took all m sport badges off wheels & never replaced them, said it would cost £200 & cost £240. Lol rubbish.

great service from start to finish, loan wheels kept me mobile and they fitted my new set of tyres on superbly finished alloys...would recommend to anyone

For the price you can’t beat it,had a few problems with the colour but they put it right with no questions asked,all the staff are helpful and polite,the wheels look as good as new,great job guys,I’ve got another set coming over next week.

These guys are busy, and it's no surprise why.
I had some awkward collection and delivery requirements but Sally made sure things ran smoothly.
Great quality diamond cut repair and re-colour of some fairly new 22" Audi RS6 wheels.
Hope I don't have to use again, but when the inevitable happens I'll have no problems in phoning Sally, knowing I'll be looked after.

They done an amazing job refurbishing my 12 year old alloy wheels. They now look brand new. I have no hesitation to recommend this company. Great work, friendly staff.
