Great Service
Drop off & pick up service excellent. We call 30 minutes before drop of and man there to pick up car on the way back home flight was late coming in so call them went we we’re collecting luggage they told us to wait inside and they would call u when they got there it was rush hour and we just had to wait about 5 minutes great service will be booking with again

We arrived at Dublin airport to be greeted by a man in a hoody vaping and inappropriately dressed . We requested his driving licence and he refused . Also they could not tell us where car was being parked “for security reasons”.
This service was totally unacceptable and very suspicious . I would not trust this service under any circumstances .
We were fully charged for a service we did not receive .
We will be pursuing this further

Very good service and cheaper than the red car park.. makes airport travelling a lot more convenient.

i reserved this given the reviews that i read and i have to say it worked very well.
it made the experience in and out of the airport very easy.
the whatsapp facility meant we could contact the team as our plane landed.
we would certainly use them again

When dropping called when like ye said when I was a half hour away still had to wait 20 mins outside Airport.

On return flight called at 12:05 called again at 12:37 when bags were collected didint get car until 1:05 really good service cheaper than red car park for week but dont see the point in 30 min call because it is not adhered to

We recently used RS Express service. It was an early start, as instructed we called a half hour before arriving and the staff member informed me where to meet him. On arrival he assisted us in unloading the jeep. It was a stress free service. First time user of the type of service, so I was unsure. On our return. They called me as our flight was delayed by 10 mins. To ask me to call when leaving the baggage area. We walked outside to be greated by the team member. I was asked politely to check r he jeep for any damage. Of which there was none. After a long day traveling its no nice to just walk out and climb into your own car at the terminal. Thanks for a first class service. Will use it again for sure.

I was asked for 5€ when handing over car as I was not at departure?? This had never been explained The directions of where pick up and drop off were not on the website and only clarified per telecom

Drop off went smoothly and it was the early hours of the morning but we called and they came and picked car up within 20 minutes, when we arrived back at dublin airport we contacted the company to say we were landed but we were left waiting for 30 minutes and it is understandable that traffic in dublin can be awful but part of paying this package it that they keep an eye on flight times for a swift experience but overall quite good service.

Terrific experience with these guys.. very efficient and easy to deal with, will 100% be using them again next year for our family holiday.. 100% recommend

We booked this service as our usual one was booked up. Pick up was fine but despite having contacted the driver on landing and then again after bag collection we were still left waiting 30mins for the car, we called twice after bag collection and each time it was yes two mins away. then when we got the car back the smell of cigarettes in the car was disgusting (we are non smokers) Will never use this service again. I would recommend to use anyone else but this service.

The original pick up was fine the driver was waiting and all was well, but when I got back to Dublin at 23.00 he was not at the arrivals and in the end after waiting at least half an hour I had to go through to the car park at departures and then pay €3 to get out of the car park, This was not the arrangement I had made with you especially at that hour of night.

If I coul give a minus I would .. left us stranded at terminal, rang several times when he finally answered he said he would get back to us which he never did. Ended up having to get alternative parking

Was glad I got the car back!

In spite of calling 30 mins and 15mins ahead of the drive to the airport, they arrived 20mins late which indeed left me in a panic. When I complained, their response was 'Well its up to you if you leave the car with us' - which wasn't very helpful. The person also arrived up looking very scruffy so I actual took a photo of their ID as I was legitimately concerned that I was saying goodbye to my car!

On return, I called from luggage carousel and I was again waiting 20mins - I was just handed the keys without a word and they left. I was travelling with a 3mth old baby and would have appreciated even the offer of help with getting the bag into the boot.

It wasn't the same person both times so I can only assume that this is the level of service and professionalism that you could expect from all employees.

I've used another company before and they were fantastic - punctual and polite.

Used for first time in panic as our taxi booked (rural location) didn't turn up. Sorted all via phone & website at 5 am in morning on drive to airport, all airport parking booked out!

Couldn't have been easier or more pleasant, helpful. Return was a breeze also, would recommend & will reuse

Amazing experience from start to finish.
Very helpful 👌 even our flight was delayed we rang the guys to explain and there was no problem, they said ring when your flight has landed and they will be up with the car.
