We broke down in bordaux vw camper trailer and 2 dogs . Came and got us and got us back home .

Having been told we would need to wait 3 weeks for repatriation by the AA we decided to find our own way home. We found this company online and being very wary checked them out on Companies house and read all the reviews. We were sceptical that the reviews might not be genuine but did find Daniel extremely helpful. He arranged for Shayan to travel from the UK to collect us in Reims and we panicked when we got a message to say he missed the ferry and instead of a 9.00 am pick up it would be 2.00 pm and then we couldn’t get hold of either Daniel or Shayan despite messaging and calling. I was distraught convinced we had been scammed as we had paid a hefty deposit but then Shayan arrived in France and sent us live location tracking and arrived pretty much dead on time. He was such a personable, polite, unflappable young man (we did have some issues on the journey that he dealt with extremely well). If you are unfortunate enough to be in the predicament that we were and need recovering back to the UK from France I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and Shayan

Daniel and the team were absolutely brilliant, efficient and rescued me from France as my breakdown cover had run out 10 hours earlier! Highly recommended if you’re stuck and need saving.

From start to finish Daniel was brilliant. We required both us and our car to be transported from Reims to Calais; Daniel sourced a French truck & driver, they arrived within 2.5hours and drove us safely, in the middle of the night, to Le Shuttle Terminal. It was so great having someone working away, behind the scenes, sorting out a super stressful situation for us and communicating swiftly and efficiently all the way through the process. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending RST to anyone. Thank you guys!

Our car required recovery from mid France to the UK following a breakdown. From first enquiry with RST, the focus was on support and solutions. Daniel is an excellent communicator and kept us updated at every stage - answered all questions and reassured me all the way. Once confirmed, the recovery by Chris and the team was efficient and swift. The car actually made it back to the main dealer in UK before we did. First class and efficient service - highly recommended.

Although we didn't use RST for the tyre repair, the lad was very helpful in helping us, would definately recommend as they seem professional

Problem solved at a reasonable price.

I had a nasty accident while driving in France and car was not driveable anymore (to be generous) and I had to leave it in a compound in France. I then contacted RST and Daniel was amazing. They were very clear with pricing, I paid the deposit and they went to pick up the car as agreed, just to find out that the compound was close on Friday afternoons. I already offered to pay for another journey there (the car needed to be picked up, I had really no choice) and pick up the car on a different day, but Daniel insisted with the people at the compound to pick up the car there and then. Everything was made worse by the different language and the fact that French don't speak English even if they know it. Car is now on its way back to the UK. I highly recommend RST to whoever wants a reliable, transparent service and updates about the progress. Thank you guys.

Excellent service!!! Rang up and phone answered immediately (life saver especially when we’re in an emergency situation)!! Showed loads of empathy and kindness in such situation and was kind enough to send another company out to get our tyre replaced which will be quicker than what they can offer themselves! Had also ensure that the other company had contacted myself and to get in touch if I have any further issues. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs it!!! 🤩👍🏻💯

Had incident in Paris and needed recovering to Devon. Driver was there within 12 hours of call to recover us and take us home. 5 star!

From calling and speaking with Daniel who was very professional, polite and helpful, we felt comforted in what was a very stressful situation, on the M20 in the rain.
The driver George, arrived within an hour and a half and we were on our way in under half an hour.
He took us all the way to a garage in Sunderland, a 5 hour trip and he was good pleasant company.
The cost was also very reasonable.
