Great communication and was surprisingly quick!

Struggled to find an authorised shop to repair my watch and gaurantee the seal etc.

Will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends/family.

Absolutely faultless service from start to finish.
Omega quoted me 7-8 months for a full service so contacted RS and spoke to Lee who advised 6 weeks which I was made up with.
2 weeks after dropping my watch off I already have it back looking brand new!
Can’t rate this company highly enough and the speed in which they did the service is mind blowing.
Big shoutout to the whole team but especially Lee who is super friendly, knowledgeable and updated me every step of the day. A real asset to the team.
Will be bringing all my watch business to you guys from now on!!!

Finally, after years of searching, found a straightforward, high quality Omega service centre in Manchester for my Planet Ocean. Watch had completely stopped, requiring a full service and a new bracelet clasp. Highly organized and secure drop off and collection and all work documented at an on line portal as it proceeds. Took a few weeks here instead of months away at Omega and would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. The service was exceptional. From initial contact to completion they kept me informed and I received regular updates about the progress of my repair. I had a deadline for going away and wanted the repair completed before the holiday and Lee and the team made this happen in record time. Highly recommended and wouldn’t use anyone else in future.
