Rs Web created our website and logo quickly and efficiently, they made themselves open and responsive to communication. All our inputs and concerns were addressed before the final product went live online. In all, working with Web Rs was a pleasant experience and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I hired RS Webcreator to design a logo and website for my business on 3/17, and from the start, it was a disjointed experience. Within the first two weeks, they went completely silent for over 10 days, with no updates or communication — violating the very timeline and deliverables we agreed upon.

Since then, I’ve had to chase them down for basic project updates. What they call “progress” amounted to copy-pasted content with no formatting, outdated logos, and incomplete pages that bear no resemblance to the reference site I originally provided. The “final” logo was only acceptable after I expressed clear dissatisfaction — not because they got it right the first time.

They’ve claimed I approved portions of the work, but I have documentation for every interaction — and I’ve made it clear that the website in its current state has not been approved. What’s been delivered so far is not professional, not polished, and nowhere near ready for launch.

If you’re considering working with them, I strongly recommend doing your research and reading between the lines. Based on my experience, this is not a team that delivers on what they promise.

I started off without a clear idea of what I was looking for, but Muhammad and his team worked very hard to turn my thoughts into a product. I was very impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, and respectful Muhammad was throughout the entirety of this project. He helped answer all questions and offered effective solutions while providing context and advice as to why changes were being implemented, to help me feel confident that they were the best decisions for a successful product.

I initially didn't hear anything but then after my second request they responded (reason for 4 stars) and it was great working with them.
