Was decent other than two trims coming…
Was decent other than two trims coming broken. Made do with one and had to reorder another but was refunded for the one I ordered. Email staff are pleasant and don’t take long to respond. Rubber sheets look like they have been joined together and rubber had loads of white marks on it. Was the best price online so you get what you pay for. Other than that was reasonable and would probably use them again as long as the delivery staff take care of the goods when being delivered.

Hi Zain, thanks for your honest review. We're sorry to hear the trims came damaged: sadly, that does occur now and again during delivery. You did the right thing and got straight in touch, and we were able to rectify the situation for you asap. The white bloom on the rubber is completely normal, comes off with a soft cloth and, of course, doesn't impair the integrity of the rubber. All our rubber is one-piece, cut to size directly off enormous rolls, and we would never glue two pieces together. Hopefully now it's fitted you can see that our EPDM is great value for money and easily installed: it'll last you for decades, too. excellent product - sales and supporting material needs improving
Context: replaced an old, leaky felt porch roof by two competent DIYers. It truly is an excellent solution and I will probably use it for further projects. Comprehensive kit, well packaged. The finished result looks excellent, and will keep the porch dry for many years to come.
It's missing the fifth star because the instructions which, while appearing comprehensive and showing promise, were sadly lacking in many respects.
The fourth star is missing as I saw no mention of VAT until the checkout. Naughty.

Defective membrane with holes.
The rubber membrane came with holes in 3 places. Very poorly packaged. Ruined my project and caused delay in time lines. Wasted money calling an installer . I will have to buy another membrane.

I've looked into this order as we never want this to be our customers' experience: our Team Leader dealt with your email and call, and to his recollection you reported slits in the rubber, which from our experience look like they have been done on site when opening the hessian sack. We offered to exchange the rubber or send out repair patches and primer free of charge, of course. You opted for the repair patches and we explained about the installation. At that time, you didn't mention having to go out and purchase another piece and he recalls you saying the rubber is really heavy and that you didn’t want to switch it over because it took 3 people to get it up on the roof. All in all it was resolved within 30 mins of your contacting us and the patches were dispatched same day. We think we actually looked after you very well. Perhaps you left your review before giving us a chance to resolve it?
