Strong winds blew an object and damage liner, plz help

Absolutely brilliant for the entrance to our dog walking field with 2 vans going over them twice daily. Double up if really muddy

Wouldn't buy again. Wouldn't honor what their listing said, wanted to post 1/3 of what was on their listing. Still waiting on a refund so now I'm out of pocket waiting for a refund and missed the black Friday deals. All in all a total waste of time as what they list and advertise is NOT what you end up purchasing and extremely slow if no refund given.

I ordered some rubber link mats for a dog grooming area I was building for my giant and very messy dog. They arrived quickly and are exactly what I needed. Easy to cut and fit. The drainage holes allow any muddy water coming off the dog to drain away when using a high velocity drier, and the mats seem hard-wearing enough to stand up to claws and walking boots, but soft enough to be kind to paws

Ordered a pre-cut piece of rubber to use underneath an electric bbq to save any splashes on porcelain tiles. Arrived on time but with a couple of tears. Contacted supplier and they sent another in perfect condition so very happy now with service

Needed some Neoprene sheet delivered next day. Standard delivery was quoted as being 2- 4 days. Called and spoke with Danny. He ensured that my delivery was expedited and put on a next day delivery service. Couldn't have asked for a better response.

Arrived on time however never received an order update to say it had been dispatched.
Ordered 2 meters of a 2.2 meter roll and it was WELL short of 2.2m. Really annoying and disappointing as it was for a camper van floor area that 2.2m should have fit perfectly but by the time we realised it was short it was too late. Luckily we had enough offcuts from another area that we could put a strip in to patch it but not ideal. For nearly £200 I expect more accurate cutting. The piece we received was 2 x 2.02m so pretty much square.

The flooring is itself good enough quality. However it arrives shoddily cut, with wavy edges. I expected the 2m “square” that I ordered. Do that I could unroll from one corner and just trim two sides. You actually have to recut at least three sides, adding to your work. Surely this company could invest in a straight edge?
